Hello there , i have been sending tickets since start of S2 for the issue that i have. No matter what content i play M+ / random hc dungeon / random normal dungeon / raid, i cant trade any item that i get. I receive the item and item has no tooltip that its tradable , but instead is just soulbound and when i open trade window with another person trade cannot be done ( item soulbound ). I tested it in all possible content with various item lvl`s. Lastest was random hc dungeon with 389 ilvl neck that is directly soulbound even tho my neck is 424. same is happening in m+ 415 ilvl item cant be traded and i have 447 in that slot. Last night in the raid i got and item that finally i wanted to trade to another person since we decided i dont need it, but again item was directly soulbound and tooltip is missing. I already restarted game client UI as requested by blizzard saying it might be addon issue. Still the same⊠im in the game right now with no addons in the wow folder at all and problem is the same. ANY1 HAVE THIS ISSUE OR CAN HELP IN ANYWAY , im getting so tilted since items from high m+ dungeons are getting wasted and im easily retting rejected in the groups cos of that!!!

Any item what so ever , for example , completed m+ key with the group , Understone Gorget drops 415 ilvl Neck from Neltharionâs lair . i have 434 ilvl neck and i cant trade it. but as i said above , this is ongoing since start of S2 SO 2 WEEKS now. Even when i do random HC dungeon and i get an item from the boss i cant trade it ( that item is 389ilvl and my equiped item on that slot sometimes is 447 ) THERE is simply NO TOOLTIP on the item with 'âBlue lettersâ as ussual that u can trade item for 2 hours or 4 i dont know how much time is it now
Isnât it down to the receivers ilevel?
It never been as far as i know , i my self have been boosted on my alt by friends in their mains and they just give me everything.
Also i dont have issue to take items , only if i loot them i cant give the loot⊠its on entire accountâŠ
Another example , every1 passed a token from normal raid which is not even for my class , and i looted boss to grab my crests and i took it , wanted to trade to some1 for offspec and couldnt trade it 
Something is bugged for sure , and its not addons as blizzard suggested since today i played the game without addon folder at all in the wow folder , simply totally default wow ui with 0 addons or anything , did dungeon got item , immediatelly soulbound . im Pissed!

i already wrote so many times , i cant trade any item from the place where item is tradable.
i join mythic key and receive an itemthat is 415 ilvl and i cant trade it to the person that was in the key with me , on all bosses ofc.
Same happens in heroic dungeon , item 389 ilvl cant be tradable even tho i have 447 ilvl on that slot equiped.
ITS VERY SIMPLE , any item that i receive doesnt have tooltip that it can be tradable for 4 hours to people that were involved in that content with me , no matter of m+ / raid or heroic dungeon
As a matter of fact on wednesday i looted item 418 ilvl in the raid that i cant trade to any1 since tooltip is missing , while i have 437 ilvl in that slot ⊠No i didnt equip that item nor did i enchant it or used in it any way shape or form
so please try to fix this as im getting F tilted and rejected in contets due to this!!!

I also have this problem and they donât want to fix this problem, they just give me a link and say go to this link and see, thatâs all they know.

I too have had this problem. Blizzard fix the issue! I have submitted 3 separate tickets as well. I have 445 I level and every piece of gear I have looted in raid, mythic+ or just simple dungeons it is automatically soulbound NEVER equipped. The problem exists and they are not fixing anything about it. I have submitted 3 separate bug reports and nothing has been done. My mates can trade me gear but I cannot trade. Please fix the issue.
Hey ,Iâm facing the same issue it doesnât matter if itâs in raid group dung group tmog runs even it happen I got a mount I have it already while doing the raid with my gf and I could not trade it I still carry the mount in my bags till now and yes this issue started with season 2 dF i made like 5 tickets used the bug tool on daily base and still not fix yet
I used the bug tool for 24 day every day I report the same issue ⊠I made 5 tickets the gms did really good job looking into my problem but at the end I got send to use the bug tool and till now I canât trade soulbound items not tooltip under any item I look it doesnât matter in raid group m+ or tmog runs players can trade me I canât trade trade group constant items
I have the same issue have nothing to do with possible upgrade item lol it doesnât matter even in tmog runs I canât trade ppl can trade me but I canât and Iâm tired of USEING the bug tool for 24 day
without using anything can affect on the items all of my gear higher than any dung items and and loot i got canât trade i canât even see the blue text , its been days with this problem ⊠i wish they fix it soon âŠ
Did You guys fix it somehow? Iâve got the same problem. Cant trade any Item, it become instant soulbound. Got 444ilvl and cannot trade 389 crap from timewalk nor Item from LFR. And it looks like blizzard is not seeing any problem with that!!!

the problem continue to exist and i cant find any solution bliz. i hav e re installed the game and use no addons. did emerald nightmare with my friends and she could trade me the drops but i cannot !
