Greetings, I bought faction change and when i click on the faction change token, and then select the character i want to faction change, nothing happens. It says “You’ll cutomize your character in the next step.”, but the next step never happens. Even if I let it sit for 19min20sec, nothing happens
is this a skill issue or blizzard server prblems? ty

We’ve had to disable in-game services (using tokens) temporarily to fix an issue with the boosts. They should most likely be reactivated later today.
We’ve posted a message on the Battle.net and and in-game, if you’re running an English client.

Hi, I want to perform a level 70 boost. (Got 2 left) But when I select a char, a spec and then hit the level up button, nothing happens. No error no nothing. Restarted the game twice, deleted several other chars with no luck.
Would it be possible for you to reply here when it should be avaliable again? 
I haven’t seen the updates
theres a message on bliz app that tells you they have temp disabled boost
I don’t know about replying here (although I can try) - especially if it happens when our team is out of the office, but we’ll remove the Breaking News when the issue is resolved. You can see it on the Battle.net application currently:

I recently bought the Midnight , and I received the Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost.
The problem is: when I try to use the boost — either on my existing Demon Hunter or on a brand new character nothing happens. The process doesn’t start, and the boost remains unused.
I tried restarting the game and even relogging several times, but it still doesn’t work.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
I have the exact same problem. Done the same steps and nothing happened either
[Retail] Tokenized services are temporarily disabled to address an issue causing boosts to not work correctly.
I have the same issue. I cannot use my faction change token or the level 80 boost. My launcher (EU En-Gb) never showed the warning notification about the issue with account services at any time.
Does this mean the issue is resolved now? I’ve restarted the game and BNET client several times today and also tried creating a level 1 character to refresh the character-list.
There’s still clearly a warning on my BN client. Sadly it’s no longer possible to link images … I’ve just tried to find a replacement for imgur that actually works and failed miserably … so please believe me that it says that they’re still temporarily disabled

I am also unable to use a boost. It wasn’t the midnight pre-purchase boost, but a separately purchased level 80 boost.

I just created a new character (level 10) and tried to use the free level 80 boost that comes with the new expansion, but it doesn’t work. Nothing happens when I try to apply the boost — my character stays level 10.
I’ve restarted the game and tried again several times, but the boost still doesn’t apply.

same problem here, i pre purchase midnight expansion, created a lvl1 priest and try use my boost, but doesnt work
