Can't use Faction / Server Change Tokens

This has nothing to do with Legion Remix. I imagine that in-game services should be usable again very soon (hopefully this week, but we have no solid ETA to provide yet, sorry!).

HOPEFULLY THIS WEEK - my G, it is only Thursday. The problem started yesterday. Is the situation at fix-WoW-EU HQ so dire that people could see 5 days go by with basic game functionality depleted and their purchases unavailable?

I will just have to take your word on this but it took over 6 months for the guild achievements to get fixed. (May 24-Jan 25 around about the same time MoP: Remix got released).

Disappointed as I wanted to faction change my Demon Hunter and name change them in order to remake for Legion Remix. Now I need to wait on this to be fixed, and we’re unable to simply delete characters due to the restore feature being disabled when they share the same name.

I purchased a character transfer and tried to have my paladin moved over from Bladefist to Argent Dawn, but found myself unable to find the server in the list? Is Argent Dawn not available for server transfers?

Just adding a post to this to get the traction going. I too cannot use the 80 boost from pre-purchasing Midnight.

I assume if this is not fixed by today (Friday) then it’s going to be next week at the latest due devs not working weekends.

Will we be allowed refunds on token purchases?

I opened a ticket on day 1 of the issue (Wednesday the 8th) and it was just closed today with a statement that this is an issue for which there is no workaround, the developers have disabled it while they fix issues, and there is no timescale for a return to normal service.

2 days ago here it was mentioned that this issue will be resolved shortly. Since waiting for few days already I saw no notification whatsoever that this is currently disabled. Therefore, how can I get a refund on a boost purchase only?

Having the same issue. Trying to use faction change only to be stuck on “You’ll customize your character in the next step.”

i have the same thing can’t character transfer
if u have a problem why u make us pay for an error u have close the store tell u fix it this is wrong what ur doing

i’m literally testing it every other hour cause im sure there will be no notification whatsoever if it works now

Damn, I figured it might have been working when it appeared on the character screen, but just getting the same issue above, just stuck on the screen without any buttons to progress.

Don’t have high hopes dude it’s been only 2 days for fixing services that were working alright. :). They won’t move a muscle on weekends so don’t expect any of the services to work until Monday and thats best case scenario

They might also have applied a fix with the realm restarts… but we can only hope.
