Can't use Faction / Server Change Tokens

that’s not true. Boosts are still off.

worked for me aswell now. however, since Blizz has yet not made any statement I can only assume it only works for a few people atm.

I just used mine and it worked. It didn’t look like it at first but when I logged in the character the correct name showed.

It seems like my character was bugged out. After i logged her in and out, I could finally use the token!

Finally managed to use my lvlup token but faced another issue. Didn’t get max renown with TWW factions and 5000 Resonance Crystals and 5000 Kej :c

Hi.

Are they down again. I managed to use my last name change token a couple of days ago, but I just thought I might as well move my OG characters from DefiasBro to AD while the sale is on atm, and Argent Dawn is not available in the realm transfer options.

Is the service down again? Don’t want to open a ticket if I can just wait.

Thanks for fixing bug with using tokens, but there is another one.

Are you trying to use it on a Remix character? If so, that’s working as intended.

You would need to convert a Remix character into a standard one (which is currently disabled, and then use service token on that character.

This thread is being closed to avoid confusion. Character services have been re-enabled for WoW TWW on Friday (Oct 10). It is working as intended that you cannot use them on a Legion Remix character. For the new thread about Lv80 character boosts not working, please see the new thread.
