With their announcement, blizzard suggested the first half of 24 launch.
I know there’s a silent majority wanting cata classic and I can’t see season of alpha test lasting much longer than a couple of weeks until 1 new raid comes out in 1/2 months time.
Can anyone confirm if the above link is a dated post?
Cataclysm Classic launches on or before August 31, 2024.
That is all we have. I do not remember seeing any other suggested date or even a season. The page you link has always said that date.

This could mean any day between January 1 and August 31, 2024.
That’s right, in fact any day from now to the end of August.
Blizzard said 1st half in 2024 so not exactly now.
