With the upcoming release of WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria in patch 10.2.7, it is now 100% confirmed that Cataclysm will be the LAST Classic expansion.

I don’t see how this precludes MoP Classic. It’s a time-limited event for Retail.

It will keep returning in the calender just like timewalking dungeons. I think the next time limited event will be WoW Remix: Legion. Mark my words: Cataclysm is the LAST classic expansion.

It’s not. Also Cataclysm will last like a year.(according to datamining and people) Halfway through they’ll probably send out polls and get a massive amount of people interested in mists of Pandaria, same as they did with wrath.

Cata is worst possible place to stop. Where you see this?
Not really, they’re rushing Cata so it can end at first quarter of 2025 so they can push MoP. Remix is just to prepare zoomers and new players to MoP so they will have more interest.
It will be the closest authentic MoP experience with the only difference being instead of leveling from 85-90 we will level up from 10-70 and instead of those boring choose 1 of 3 talent choices we will use the new better talent trees. Trust me when I say this that nobody wants to return to those boring choose 1 of 3 talent choices that was in MoP and WoD. That was the worst iteration of the talent trees.
And Mark my words when I say this that Cataclysm is the LAST Classic expansion. The next time limited event will most probably be WoW Remix: Legion. These kind of time limited events will keep returning in the calender just like timewalking dungeon events.
You guys can bookmark this page and come back 2 years later and tell me I was right all along.
