Hey, anyone else not getting the Heart of Azeroth Neck itemlevel increase quests, that you unlock by gaining rep with Champions of Azeroth to appear on recently boosted 120 characters?
The quests appeared fine when I leveled my other alts earlier in the expansion, for some reason they don’t appear when I go to Magni on my recently boosted lvl 120 character.

they’re not in anymore, i think. if you do the questline for the essence it auto boosts you to 35 iirc
I’ve completed that questline, still no neck ilvl upgrade.
they prob remove the ilvl upgrades since you get upgraded to 35 automatically.
Okay, so firstly Nosinna is correct in that these quests do not exist anymore and have been superceded with a new questline that auto-boosts the neck to a much higher level.
However, the 120 level boost has bugged the Heart of Azeroth at the moment and is remaining at an old item level. This is under investigation at the moment.
