I picked human female warrior but armor doesn’t look that good on me and the male animations seem better to me. Is there any way I can change my characters gender as I don’t want to start over and lose one weeks worth of progress

Currently there is no way to do that in Classic, as character appearance change services have not been implemented at the moment. I have no idea if Blizzard plans to implement this in the future. Certain paid services did exist in old Vanilla though.
