I have no problem change server from a high pop i am on now with 15k in que. But i am afraid some of the new servers will die after 2 month. The dedicated are on the first servers. Then i would like to know i am not fuked with an investment in a dead server without posibility to move without restarting from lvl 1. Or will you arrange transfer because i cant give a sht about my caracter name.

this is everyone’s worry.
AND IF BLIZZARD WOULD JUST ENABLE FREE TRANSFERS FOR A MONTH we could easily move to new servers as necessary and not have to fear for a ghost town.
i already created a second char on another server because firemaw was so full and now my second realm is just as full, and i’d glady move again if i could transfer my char to it

I think that if 1 (or more) realms died they’d make a constellation, like they’ve done on retail. It’s 2 poisons either way: Face queue for weeks or play with the angst of future desolation. Whatever replies you get are all speculation.

Agree. Because i will play vanilla to the end. I havent touch “retail” (this is retail now aswell) from wrath. I wanted this so bad. And i dont want dead server. So they need to comfirm this like now… Becaus eif no tranfers i will stay on 15k que…

The team really really wants to avoid having to offer transfers or merging Classic realms later.
Why not take the middle road and pick a medium, LOW might die but i refuse to believe medium will die, medium has way more than the biggest vanilla realm ever had. Going for a medium pve myself. It will last until TBC I’m sure. When TBC comes, only Shazzrah will survive…
