So after some extensive testing it seems like Chaosbolt was actually nerfed by 15% instead of being buffed by 40% in PvP (up from +15% which it had previously in pvp). Did one of the devs screw up few lines of code accidentally?
Anyone noticed this and/or reported to Blizzard? How to report it actually (haven’t played wow in eternity myself, no clue)?
Also Mayhem + Pandemonium definitely procs much less now, wondering if they screwed this up and Pandemonium actually decreases Mayhem proc by 10%. 
Still did not find time to do extensive testing of this tho.
