I was mining on this char, clicked on Titan portal from elemental titan more, and then started falling trough the world. Upon logging back, i keep falling for 2 seconds and and then get dced. Char stuck service doesn’t work, it keeps sending the error message (something went wrong on our end). I tried both on another char and via website (on 3 browsers).
I tried waiting 15 minute, still no luck.
So yea, can’t play my main atm.

You need to make a ticket out, forum staff are not actually GM’s and cannot affect anything in-game.
How do you expect me to open a ticket when I see no other option but to use the char stuck service, which does not work atm. After I click ‘‘I till have a problem’’, it just keeps bringing me back to main menu of options.
It is so obvious they don’t want you to make a ticket with this impersonal system. But ATM I have no options but to wait and see if the char stuck service is available again.

I know it’s not ideal but sometimes you just have to choose the wrong options to get to actually submit a ticket.
I had a look and it’s a constant loop trying to make a ticket properly for your issue.
Got the same problem, my rogue instantly gets disconnected upon logging in. Character stuck service isn’t working. Made a ticket like 30 hours ago, still no response… what a joke.
30 hrs + is fairly normal, I’ve seen ticket times measured in weeks, and not too long ago either.
Also tickets that have been miscategorized, seem to take longer to address.
In the end, before going to bed Ive opened a stuck ticket via us forums, just chnaged gb to eu. In the morning i recieves a good response and m char was properly relocated, so it ia all good.
Stuck tickets get a priority q.

Yea like I said, would be much faster (based on the time between my ticket and time of response when i logged back in, i think it took them 2 hours).
Still, if I am were to be brutally honest, there needs to be a clear system to open a ticket and Support overall should have a much better UI.
I get people can write silly tickets and clog up the space, but it is insane that I had to search US forums on how to open it. I literally didnt know how to open a stuck ticket and yet the form is there.
It would be less insulting to actually remove the tickets and admit so, then this system trying to play you into not doing it, because it is frustrating.
However, since I am being honest, the replies over the years were on point, helpful and GMs took care of the issues I had while being polite.

We do currently have an open investigation into reports of the character unstuck and a few other self-service options not working correctly, so hopefully we can get the automation back up and running shortly as well!

Hello Guys, i have the exact same problem with my rogue, and i dont know what to do to make a ticket, ive tried everything, and i dont know how to properly make a ticket, can some one from blizzard help me some how? Because i have to buy a wowtoken soon and most of my gold is on my rogue

What error are you getting when using the self-service option?
Im not getting any error, im just too stupid to provide the files you want me to provide, i only have a picture of my char stuck in the air right before i DC, so i dont know what to do with the ticket system, i dont know how to give you this : [DXDIAG file] and [MSINFO file] when submitting a ticket 
And do you expect people to be computer geeks just to submit a ticket, i think its overkill somehow, you guys are the experts, i barely know how to play the game
