Character behaviour when idle

After all these years it feels weird looking at all these idle chars standing in SW trade district.

Why not spice it up a little bit?

If you leave your char for more than few seconds idle it will automatically pair with nearby idle char and start gesturing with random emotes like talking, laughing, cheering etc.

If there is a group nearby, it would form a 4-5-6 person circle and start dancing or whatever.

You know what I mean, just to keep it more vibrant and alive.

Can be turned on/off feature in the menu.

This sounds fun! and in no way change gameplay. For once a change I adctualy find good :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

So these would be very time limited to be noticed, but very annoying in short term, because they would need to start quick and you may find that your character walk half of Dalaran from one AFK character to another as their owners returned from AFK. Idle animations are great, interaction with objects like stages, some message boards, heck even something we had like opening a scroll near mailbox or when looking at world map is something I am missing in Classic WoW back from Legion, but wandering character, when I went away for 5 minutes to make a coffee? No thanks.

sure, once they had time to fix the bot infestation

Don’t buy gold and attend to GDKP. Problem solved.

Do this, but only farting and belching emotes.
