I have the same problem! I got the boost, but when I click on the final “level up” box, nothing happens. I’ve tried different characters om different realms for almost 24 hours now.

Blizz should pay some sort of compensation for this unknown delay. I mean this is real money at stake, not an internal bug in the game. Just my opinion.

So, I’ve taken another look at this and at this time we currently have a known issue with boosts being applied to characters, at this time we do not have a workaround and can only ask for you to continue to wait.
