Character boost not boosting

I have purchased a boost to level 70 - Everything has gone through correctly and the boost has been setup for me to use.

However, when I select it and try to use it, nothing happens.
I get no error message and no boost - It looks like multiple people are having this issue as I have seen this on the wow reddit yesterday.

Sounds like we are in the same boat my friend. All we can do now is wait for Blizz to roll out a fix I imagine.

Ah, that is reassuring to hear. Yup, it seems that way…
Though if I hadn’t spent the money on the boost yesterday I’d probably just level it now ha!

Hi all,

There was indeed an issue preventing some character boosts over the weekend, though it should be resolved by now.

Please give it another try when you get a chance now and let us know how you get on!

I pre-purchased the expansion and I have an instant rise to level 70, when I go to spend the token following the steps it tells me, it does nothing, this bug.

Is happening the same for me. I’ve purchased the expansion like 10 minutes ago and, whenever I try to spend the token, I follow all the steps but nothing happens.

So, I’ve taken another look at this and at this time we currently have a known issue with boosts being applied to characters, at this time we do not have a workaround and can only ask for you to continue to wait.

did you guys pay with Paypal or card?
coz I did pay with PayPal, the payment is still pending on paypal it says it is waiting for confirmation from Blizzard LTD UK.
