You already locked horde side so you cant create a horde character. What a freaking joke!

For me Alliance was locked, think servers are just full and bugged out

Might be, they already managed to make people not being able to play with their friends. What a joke
server is probably temprorarly full and they locked both sides. As soon as people are done 1-5 they open up again.
