Yes, idk why people want so much character customizations is not like you will look at color of character eyes 24/7.

How about other customization, not eyes?

Like what? Rings that you never see? earrings that you will never see?

New hairstyles, new hair colors?

That can be but there are a lot already on game

My Void Elf seems left out compared to other races. Imagine how Nightborne players feel with the worst model. I wonder why would you not support more customization lol

Cause knowing blizzard, even if is not same team, they would say they killed new raid tier cause that :smile_cat:

And I want my raid tier over costumization.

Well they never had the opportunity to say anything like that or even say why they decided to stop with promised customization.

Says the race/gender with the second most customization in the game behind male orcs

Probably cause is a secondary thing who is not worth the time or will not be financially worth.

Imagine how players feel who don’t have an allied race of any kind and yet still have a very lack-luster amount of customisation, elves have it easy compared to other races statistically speaking.

They had very positive community react to 9.0 customization (which means “financially worth” because there are definitely people who subbed to check that out) and even more negative react to cancelled ongoing customization for future Shadowlands patches. You said it yourself, they are the separate teams for art and decisions whether would there be a new raid tier or not. They could hire only 1 person to focus on character customization (based on fan-made solo stuff).

WIll they make more money with the customizations who will worth paying a new person? If no it don’t worth.

Based on people’s reactions, yes it would be worth.

Would people pay more to play the game or buy more store mounts? Because happiness doesn’t pay salaries.

This is not the old Blizzard leaded by Mike sadly.

No, but they would pay for a race change.

I doubt people would pay 25 euros just because a hairstyle.

You know that’s not what I meant. People actually race changed after the customizations was announced as canceled because they gave up on the race. But if more customizations was added, they would race change back. Go to the Nightborne thread and see for yourself.

I’ve even seen people quit cause they mained a Allied race and lost interest with the game

I haven’t understood the question. Customer’s happiness should be the main focus, not their money. I know what you’re trying to say about the Blizzard’s current status, but it was definitely a wrong choice to cancel the customization because people were extremely excited about that and you can’t deny it. So why stop if it actually brought money? I can guarantee that a few hundreds people saw the news “New customization in 9.0” and thought how they should get back to game to check what’s new alongside that. I was personally too excited and as a Void Elf main, I am now disappointed because they decided to cancel it so that the art team can focus on mount re-skins and new mammoth/hippogryph animations.
