I have a bunch of characters I want to restore. However since the prepatch for WTT it has been disabled. I can’t seem to find any info when it’s coming back?
Does anyone know something or have a hint on when it can be expected to be turned on again?
I haven’t seen any further info on this since the original announcment of disabling it, which only said “This service is planned to be restored at a later point in time.”… so who knows when that will be …

Yes. We need someone with blue letters to answer this I assume. “later in point in time” can mean so much. 1 week or 1 year?

There is currently no news. When Blizzard have some news they’ll share it. For now all we know is what was announced. That Character Restoration is unavailable.
I’m also waiting to restore a character but all we can do is wait.

Yes, all we can do is wait. However I will try to keep this thread alive to state its matter of urgency. I do not believe Blizzard read this, but I will try anyway to trigger some kind of response from someone with blue letters.

My character Pevvin was deleted today and I need it restored.
Today I did a race change on my paladin and it got mistkenly renamed and deleted.
I have tried everything I can to get any sort of help from a gm but only got a automatic response
Character name: Pevvinq It was named Pevvin befor race change.

I have been waiting for my main to be restored for over a month. My guild starts raiding on Wednesday. To say I am annoyed is an understatement.

The character undelete option for The War Within characters is currently not available, this is not something that can be bypassed from us or from Customer Service in general.
This feature will be made available again in the future, however at the moment we do not have any timeframe to share about when exactly it will be enabled again.

That “something” is waiting for ages, all you can do. Haven’t touched my favourite game since, because of this feature not working. Next one will be unsub, then the next is uninstalling.

It doesnt matter if its broken or off…problem is, its not working. And its not worknig for so SO LOOOONG, we all paying and we cant use game feature …

Yep.
Pushed a faction change yesterday and (stupid me!) not doing a thorough background check on a live service with no warnings or disclaimers, and my main’s gone.
This is insane. This is clearly a mass issue that they’re refusing to acknowledge.
I’ve submitted a ticket as well as a request for a refund.
Next up is unsubbing if the radio silence continues.
