There’s nothing to fix, its not broken, its disabled.
Why delete your characters in the first place, if you wanted to play them later?

yea same here bought tww + sub 3 days ago and deleted my main my mistake and wanted to restore it. Gamemaster i just need to wait and be patient its just gonna take some weeks/months until it works again.
I mean wtf???
after that i reopened the ticket that i wanted to get The addon + my Sub refunded and just got a answer from a gm which completly ignored my request.

There a many reasons why someone would want to delete a character. Even simple OCD related issues.
It has returned. I am able to restore characters again now. So this is sweet.
