Hi,
After I died ingame, got a random disconnect & my main character won’t connect again.
Used the unstuck service in the website but the problem persists.
If you can help, that would be perfect.

Sorry for the issue that you all seem to be having this morning. This is being looked into as we speak, thanks for the information posted so far.
Please do try the solution offered by Pierperké in their post (which is the current solution to this thread), it seems to be working for some players.

Spamming space on low res worked for me. Additional problem was that I couldn’t access stuck character service on other characters. Nothing happened after clicking ‘continue’ button and despite that it looks like support tickets have been created each time I clicked on it
Spamming space bar only worked for me after turning everything down all addons off and any background applications like web browsers
you have my all love and support for this comment. You saved my day 
Also worth noting that it’s best to already start spamming space bar from the very beginning of the loading screen. Took me 5 DC’s to be able to play again.

ive tried the jumping but does work for me as im falling through the floor
Don’t only press the space bar, also move your character view with the right mouse button as soon as the load bar hits full, this got me out.
Spam space and rotate right mouse button/movement keys.

Having the same problem this morning. Incredibly frustrating. The Character Unstuck doesn’t even load on Blizzard Support. They need to fix this ASAP.
I have exactly the same issue.
Can y do something to always dc so boring to pay for this 3x day in a row just dc dc dc tilting a bit…
I have the same issue as everyone else. The unstuck service is also taking ages and I’m now already 30 min on processing. Would be nice to get a fix asap.
This worked for me. Turn down your settings to 1 and spam jump while you’re logging in, it took me 4-5 tries but my character finally left the “out of bounds” area (which I assume is the fail safe at play here).

Hi all,
Can I please get some support with my character. (Groglee - Twisting Nether EU)
I died doing a world quest and when I did I got disconnected and now I can’t log back in to that character as I get disconnected the instant the loading screen finished.
I have tried all the recommended steps:
- Resetting my UI completely
- Repairing game
- Using the self-service character unstuck
Nothing seems to work and I have been really enjoying myself and would like to get back in
