Can I please get some support with my character. (Innoc - Outland EU)
I died doing a world quest and when I did I got disconnected and now I can’t log back in to that character as I get disconnected the instant the loading screen finished.
I have tried all the recommended steps:
Nothing seems to work and I have been really enjoying myself and would like to get back in
I have been doing the jump spam, 1-graphics, no addons, 720p strategy for 30 minutes so far. DCed around 10 times so far, but NOW:
The game won’t even DC me anymore. It just get STUCK on the loading page (the bar is full, but the game won’t load)
Somehow they manage to pile up more issues on this pile of turd 
same issue here, and blizzard support is laggy af and i cant post a ticket, got character move service working 1 time but didnt fix anyhing. disabling addons and turning down graphics and spamming jump doesnt help either.
Have a similar issue here i did not die thats a plus but i had heavy lag in valdrakken tried to relog
alt+f4 out
now i cant log in i get the message character name already taken
the unstuck button is loading but it never moves forward i guess overload
update: okay i got dc’d from the realm can login again
Got the same problem here on my character Dragnela-Kirin Tor EU, tried to desactivate my addons low graphs to 1 and jump but i get dc’ed everytime please help
Ok so had this exact same problem on my DK this morning, on the same PVP World Quest “How to Train a Proto-Drake”… a shaman bumped me into the void, killed me and disconnecting me instantly.
Error WOW51900319… many unsuccessful connexions later and after reading this thread I found the only working solution is:

Same issue, the fact blizzard support isn’t even reachable is infuriating
Yeah this doesn’t work for me either
I cant even load my character anymore just get a disconnect error and my ticket has a wait time of 5 days…
Thats what you get if you fire all your support staff damm you bobby
Has anyone tried twitter yet? Surely there’s SOME WAY to contact these people?!

HOly **** man same here !!! it just happened to me and the character stuck feature does not even load for me I want to play ffs
Also happened to me and got unstuck by setting the setting to 1 and disabling addons and spamming w and space. the unstuck thing from blizzard doesnt work…
Exact same problem for me, and in the same area. Happened to me earlier this week in the Azure span aswell. the spacebar trick does not work for me. Cant create tickets either
If they’d just respond that they’re aware of the issue it would make it atleast a smidge less infuriating.
But deafening silence is… quite classic blizzard.

Same thing here died at pvp wq near the turn in place, no matter how much i spam spacebar i dc over and over again.
Quick update: you can try to use the self-service to unstuck your character, however it may run into some issues for now with all the requests being done today. If that’s the case, please do open a ticket, and we will respond as soon as possible. 
Sorry for the inconvenience, we’re hoping to solve this ASAP.
P.S: Please do not spam the forums with your own thread, it won’t do much but give a lot less visibility to players who are having other issues, that they also need help with.
The self service isnt working, won’t load.And opening a ticket is next to impossible (literally impossible on this subject, you have to ticket it under payment or something) because of the maze ui that is the contact support page.
The self service actually is making tickets but you cant enter what character needs to be unstucked.
Anyone else annoyed by the initial (and only) reaction after 9 hours of this post being up starting with a ‘quick update’ ? Nothing about this hot mess is quick.
omg i also have the exacly same problem exacly as u mentioned , with the WQ and i died and i keep dcing cant log on this char , i tried the selfservice but nothing is actually happening
