As mentioned in this thread, we are aware of this issue this morning, and this is being investigated as we speak.
You can try to use the self-service to unstuck your character, however it may run into some issues for now with all the requests being done today. If that’s the case, please do open a ticket, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Sorry for the inconvenience, we’re hoping to solve this ASAP.
P.S: Please do not spam the forums with your own thread, it won’t do much but give a lot less visibility to players who are having other issues, that they also need help with.
