I’m losing my mind here I’ve played wow for over 20yrs never had so much problems than the past 3 days , first death on dh (crownpeach) I flew off korthia cliff couldn’t get to log back in it kept booting me out so followed all the instructions on help page then had to do the move character to safe location, a day later its done 
tonight same dh in Mogshuan vaults flies into wall and into a pool somehow- dead and stuck the same thing and I try and do the character unstuck instructions to move to safe place - then get a message it’s on a COOLDOWN ? Huh 
I can’t play my character so had to raise ticket , I get a reply saying we are aware of issue try using the unstuck process (which i can’t cause it’s on a cooldown ) see pic and if I can’t resolve it the gm says we can’t do anything try again after reset maybe? Like really ! I really am afraid to play any alts if I get stuck what do I do just not play ? I’m on a yearly renewal on my sub

It has a cooldown to stop people using it as a taxi service, which is what happened when it was first introduced.
GM’s cannot overrule or reset the cooldown.

Yeah, my char is stuck since Friday evening as well. I’ve got a reply from to 3 different GMs at this point. They have all tried reseting my char, moving it to different city. And each time they do a reset, the CD for self-service reset char goes on a looooong CD.
At this point I’m just going back and worth with no solutions in sight, I didn’t even get an answer if the weekly server reset will do anything.
I mean, it says you can reset your char every 4 hours. But you just can’t. It’s way longer, their page says something like this when you try to reset it again:
This character isn’t eligible right now. You may try again 19 hours ago.
All other chars I have, can be played normally, but I only play 1 char, alts are just well there. I’ve missed out on guild raids, m+ runs, WQ and other activites I had planned for the weekend, and now I have to wait until mentainance? And even then, I don’t know if my char will be available or playable.

Yeh I’ve been playing my alts but this is my main character and goodbye delves with my friends till it’s sorted. I legit in all the years have never had this happen it’s really weird . This is the text I get when I try used service last night …

And I never used it within 4 hrs so the heading of 2 days makes no sense
Yeah, it hasn’t happened to me either, and I’m playing this game since 2005 or something. It’s an issue on their side, and we can’t do anything about it 
I always had good CS when I had other problems, response time was max 2 hours and they actually had live chat / phone where you could get in touch for things like this. Now it’s just waiting for 12+ hours to get anything sorted.
Oh well… 
Omg I got a response I put in two technical fault tickets and one said my character is in SW now 
and it’s unstuck , so if I was you I would put a few technical tickets in I’m really surprised in a good way it’s sorted , hope you get unstuck soon

I’ve done that as well, they moved my char to IF (well they said they did), but sadly I still can’t log in. The last answer I got, was that they know the issue, and I’m not alone in it. And to not log onto the char until weekly reset.
My char is still online xD but just in the void somewhere and ppl can whisper me, even tho I haven’t been in game since last night.
When I seen mine on the login page it still showed vale of eternal blossoms with the same weird load page but then it logged into sw , I legit think it’s just what gm u get to sort the ticket as out of the 6 actual tickets I’ve put in 2 different gm’s sorted the problem whilst the rest just told me to wait 
I guess, but 3 different GMs moved my char, and one actually tried logging in to the char, and couldn’t, the last one told me to wait as they can’t do anything any more. It is what is.
