Hello. I previously had a mage on Classic Era Pyrewood Village server. I had access to this character a couple of days ago. She is now “missing”. I did not delete this character, and she shows up under the character list on the World of Warcraft Item Restoration website, but she does NOT show up on my character screen when I log in to the game. Furthermore, the name is still in use, so I cannot recreate her. I have tried to submit a help ticket in game but I jump through all the hoops only to get a dead website with “Something went wrong on our end. An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.” I would like my character back, please. She was only level 8, but I want the name. I have had a lot of issues and bugs in MMO games before, but I have never had multiple characters simply vanish without me deleting them.
Blizzard does not delete characters, so it should still be there unless you (or your brother) removed it, so I am just going to answer the stupid question …

Are you 112% sure you are logging into Classic Era and not Harcore, Cataclysm, Season of Discovery or Anniversary?
Thanks. I checked all of these and I’m on the right server.
On the basis that Blizzard can delete my characters and withhold the name at any time and I don’t even have a way to contact them about it I will be stopping my subscriptions after some 20 years.
Have you check restore character button? If it would be deleted then you should be able to restore it in xxx days and see deleted characters.
Not below level 10 - but then the name would be freed as well.
It seems like som kind of bug.
