Does this mean they’ve identified the problem and are developing the patch, or are they still trying to figure out what’s causing it in the first place?
don’t expect an honest answer they prob havn’t a clue themselves since more than likely none of the original devs work there anymore all they care about is retail making new content not fixing bugged versions of classic.
please fix this as its making gameplay very annoying

they locked my other post shame they can’t fix the bug as quickly guess we brits are getting the middle finger from blizz.
They probably locked it because they don’t need or want multiple threads about the same issue.

i was just stating how quickly they can do something like that compared to fixing bugs.
ive been logged on for less than an hour and already had the error reappear 7 times…
i guess this isnt going to be fixed for a while as this is a bug exclusive to one tiny island
yeah im sure it has nothing to do with the fact that they have no intent of fixing it before they add more mounts to the store.
Both the cause and subsequent fix has been identified at this point, and we just need a bit more time to test and deploy the update, but it shouldn’t be much longer now.

Same, but my subscription ran out and I surely will not be extending with this kind of support. You’d think Blizzard would commit to some sort of a deadline to fixing the issue and offer some sort of compensation - but nope.

Blizzard only ever offered compensation in the form of a few days of free gametime, for issues that meant you can’t play the game.
This bug does not affect you being able to play the game, which is what you pay for, you don’t pay chatting. So would not be eligible for compensation in the first place.
Plus they stopped issuing compensation completely, even for downtime, quite a long time ago now.
Has this been fixed? I just logged in, expecting the irritating popup, and it didn’t appear.
