On a serious note what would people need to see the six, three and one month options more clearly? Bigger size font for the month numbers? Different colour? Confirmation popup?

Not gonna lie
In a game that asks me to write delete to get rid of many not so essential items I would expect more confirmation popups (not that it is as easy to make the mistake as the OP suggests)

Sorry for the late reply Puny, I just had that epiphany now after getting a big irritated at all the delete confirmation while cleaning up bags… then I remembered that post

Needing confirmation to delete some unsellable material from many expansions ago is really ticking me off

Well I have to say that the new order is indeed confusing, especially for those who were used to the subscriptions being listed first wit 1, then 3, then 6.

I almost made a mistake last time I tried to renew.

That being said, I believe the customer service is able to solve this provided of course they are called quickly enough (if the customer waits 28 days it might be a problem).
