All you need to do is to create a female npc that looks kinda bloodelfish, make this character half naked, feature it in several cinematics and novels and then make it join the Alliance. The blood elfs will follow blindly without questioning.

Yes, I think interestingly the Blood Elves have had enough of Alliance support in such times. Last time they rose against a Tyrant and rebelled the Alliance were -such- a big help. Murder and torture of civilians does rather hinder a rebellion. If that is the sort of help on offer, then I think we can politely decline. You have Jaina and Vereesa to thank for that.
Err. Yes. There definitely are not enough High Elves left for a High Elf Faction, that is completely true. There are not really enough of any species to form their own Faction. Trolls are closest, but most Troll tribes frankly hate each other. I mean look at DazarâAlorâŚThat Amani district is a disgrace, but then, that is Amani for you, theyâre practically animalsâŚ
