Hey, my idea is that Name Change and server transfer will be allowed on Classic Era, but if you have been reported twice or more within the last 45 days, you can not do it. Then reporting has to be possible in Era if its not. This will make it so if anyone ninja loots, the guild or party can report the player, and they cant go anywhere. But for everyone else its possible. And if someone start mass reporting everyone, it will be noticed by an algorithm and they cant report anyone else.

Did you use the in-game suggestion functionality?
You can do that already.
If you want to change name? Just transfer your character to another server, but before that make sure the name is already taken on target server - and vupti: you get a free name change.
