I just had an amazing idea for a FRESH CLASSIC SERVER!
It is World of Warcraft 20th anniversary which gives us even better starting point, maybe it is even THE BEST starting point for this(which i hope it is).
So lets get on with the idea:
As we all can see, Blizzard is at the moment, not going to make us a FRESH CLASSIC SERVER. But if we really want it to happen, It is ALL ABOUT US. So what is the solution for this?
It is actually really simple.
We have many totally empty and zero progression made servers already at the exact present moment. Only thing we need to do is to pick together one server with zero progression made and zero population yet.
So lets start voting for the server, it does not matter if it is EU or US. Only thing we need is to get enough people interested and we will have a FRESH SERVER CHOSEN! We can easily make a poll soon if there is enough HYPE about this plan.
If there is enough people interested in this plan and we actually go in all together to the chosen server then Blizzard will definately notice this and they will atleast think about making an official fresh classic server again!
Lets see how many people are really interested in this with how many comments/likes and so on we get!
When THE SERVER IS CHOSEN we set a STARTING DATE for ourselves and we start BLASTING!

It was proposed 103654 times through the 19 years I been playing WoW. And every time these “fresh” realms live shorter that Thekal, Jin’do and Gigantstalker (Wrath Classic fresh realms) did.
With that motivation we cannot get far xD. But i understand your point. But past is past. There is only 1 explanation for this and it is that players have not done it correctly.
At the moment it does not matter. Only way is to rise up together and just do it, we only need atleast couple thousand people interested(ofcourse the more the better) and then it is definitely possible.
And at this time we have 20th anniversary(which is kinda nice number and it can happen only once in WoW history) + SoD is not doing well + Hardcore is just too stressful.
Im sure there is many thousand people interested in fresh classic server. It is all about players to come together and decide for themselves. The REAL decision makers have always been players and always will be. If every player quits the game and tells blizzard what to change to come back then they will definitely listen. It is simple as that. I still dont understand why most of the playerbase have not understood this, but its okey, changes take time.
Also If we manage to do this properly, Blizzard will definately think about making official fresh server as i also mentioned before. It can happen someday anyway, but we have the chance to speed it up!
By releasing Dragonflight? Yeah maybe a bit, They did everything to preserve fresh integrity and normal experience, so when Thekal was overloaded they opened Jin’do, but transfers to these realms from progressive and between each other were forbidden. And, being Fresh belivers they were, people started abandoning their half leveled Thekal mains and rerolling fresh to Jin’do. By the end of this process both realms were full and PvE Gigantstalker was semi full.
When Wrath Naxx came out that was easy a pie, even with +20% stats buffs to all bosses, Fresh belivers started leaving. By the 3rd month Blizz opened transfers between fresh realms because people kept crying that “they can’t play with their friends” but after a month of DF release and a bit after Ulduar start that normal mods required slight effort compared to facerolling Naxx, the fresh belivers jumped the ship.
After that Blizzard opened transfers to fresh realms maybe hoping to attract some players there, IDK, but noone wanted to leave Megarealms and even smaller realms and going to fresh realms, knowing how unstable their population is.
Why not? People asking for fresh (that they got in form of SoM, HK and SoD for last 3 years) are just hype addicts who have little to no dedication to any version of WoW.
That source mentions nothing about fresh Era servers except for China - I read that already.
So you got a source? Or just pulling stuff from your behind?
They declared their start on hardcore. And opening another HC realm while the existing ones are not even close to full is beyond stupid. So stupid in fact, that even blizzard can not do this.
Just talking eu here.
I owe you an apology if we get fresh Era servers in November. But I still haven’t seen any hint of that - other than flat Earthers coming up with theories.
Yep, known for months now, not to mention some devs in same guild and sometimes share infos accidently in their private life. Of course Soda kept his mouth shut. I wouldn’t publish such infos either.
Fresh HC makes sense. It’s still just rumours but the reason why you can add a fresh HC server is because most people who play HC do it only for the levelling, which makes sense. So, if you add a fresh HC, most people will have no problem re-rolling there. After all, re-rolling is basically the point of HC. They may do something special like add an option to go immortal at 60; they could then make the server start in P1 as well, which would set it apart greatly from current realms.
There’s also the possibility for a hardcore TBC server. TBC has not been playable for a while now, and while a mixed bag for many people the HC experience would be quite different there… hardcore unnerfed Lady Vasjz anyone?
