Didn’t Blizzard realize that Classic would just end up like retail? NOBODY wants to play as alliance. Not in retail and not in Classic.
So WHY oh WHY did you release the honor system before BGs??? Most alliance players have already unsubbed by the time the BGs are out. And the BGs will probably not even fix the problem as horde players are going to have really long queue times.
There should’ve been more PvE servers at launch. I rather quit now than start all over again.

more people would probably roll alliance if WCB did not exist or if there was an alliance equivalent as it is the most fun world buff in the game. horde have a advantage when it comes to geography aswell. human racial is garbage. compare horde to alliance: orc is the pvp race and the melee pve race. human is the alliance pve race which has a next to useless racial compared to gnomes.
Ally will have no queues. less competition for world bosses. Horde dominates world pvp but faces high queues for BG´s.
That´s what Classic is all about, I honestly don´t understand why we want to change everything that made classic different from retail…
People came up with spy, lfg addons and now they also want to remove pvp from pvp realms and soon they will ask for cross faction queues. It´s just so sad to see, that people never wanted Classic at all.
I am happy with the things as they are in regards of pvp, I will have the choice for my chars if I want instant queues or world pvp, if I want an easy world boss toon or if I want to fight for them every ID.
Classic was all about these choices, decicions and luck. Take it away and we sit at retail once more.
We can only blame our self for taken the decisions of playing on a pvp server, they warned us yet did not listened. Paid transfers might not be too soon but while you wait for it, try least play a hour or less on a pve server but a different class and race that you may have yet tried out.
Or try to gather up some non-carebear pvp loving alliance players and give horde some wacks to get out your frustration.
Interesting. Why then, is there more than enough Alliance over on Firemaw and why are they MUCH more organised than Horde?
Then quit, and come back when BGs hit in a few weeks.
That would be the worst case scenario.
Everyone will transfer away from servers where they are the minority and refuse to join servers were the opposite faction is the majority, faction imbalance will get worse and worse, realm populations will begin to stagnate and then servers will start dying.
If they implement paid transfers they will kill classic.
Yes that will happen naturally just like it did back in the days, one server will become alliance dominated at-least!
I mean… just unsub or dont play UNTIL bgs come out… like take a break or something and come back fresh when all the tryhards are spamming bgs so you can… do whatever it is that you do…
Having servers where one faction is the overwhelming majority is not a good thing.
There will always be a slight faction imbalance yes, that’s just the nature of Classic and not a massive issue, but things start going wrong when you have 40% Alliance and 60% Horde or vice-versa.
It’s a massive issue for Alliance at the moment, having these mega servers and on the top of that a massive horde advantage is ridiculous!
I would transfer in a heartbeat for a alliance dominated server!
