CLassic was a really good idea. Free money for lizzard.
But handling with indie company and strange higher up calls has made the game less desirable.
Still there is no way i would go back to retail and play pokemon
someone is really butthurt here kek
Not exactly, I wrote what the truth is and that many on Classic are people you don’t want to socialize with.
sounds to me like, you didn’t know how to play ur character properly, someone then said mean words to you, and now you’re mad
sounds to me like, you didn’t know how to play ur character properly, someone then said mean words to you, and now you’re mad
If I were you I would not write dumb assumptions like “don’t know how to play you character properly” when you don’t know how long I have played WoW or my Priest.
You seem to be quite a toxic and immature person, who most likely is exactly the kind of person I described in my first post in this thread, and I will not reply to you anymore because you can’t write anything serious or constructive.
as I said a butthurt person
I totally agree on how you feel but there is a problem its not just wow it’s games in general.
The problem lies with any online game will be Min/maxed and have the fun optimised out of it you cannot escape it with a online game since soon as methods are found there will be a you tube vid followed by a million sheep copying it to be the meta.
I think best bet is single player games without looking at YouTube or reading guides just play it how it’s ment to be played
If you really want multiplayer games look for one you can’t just meta game since things get countered any game and any developer that focuses on balance or 50% win rate aim for those since wow classic Devs don’t even enforce their own code of conduct i wouldn’t expect them to have the capacity to balance their own game
i dont know if its a millenial thing
You do know millenials are people currently aged 24-39, right?
millenials
aged
39

Researchers and popular media use the early 1980s as starting birth years and the mid-1990s to early 2000s as ending birth years, with 1981 to 1996 a widely accepted defining range for the generation.
From wikipedia
I’m proabbly to much of a 30 year old boomer to understand why people from the early 80s get thrown together with people from the mid 90s.
My brothers are born early 80s and I in the early 90s, and we’re pretty different culture wise
You missed the better days for lvling up, you can’t expect it to be the same when the game has been around for 1 year.
With that said you if you are lvl 50 finding groups to go Sunken Temple, BRD and all other 60 instances is beyond easy - everyone goes there to farm pre-raid bis gear, class rewards, or t0.5 quests. My 3 lvl 60 chars (druid, hunter, paladin) did not pay a single gold in boosts.
As for me don’t worry, I cleared Naxx until 4 horseman (which we never killed). I am back 15 years later to finish the job and get my atiesh.
Which realm/faction do you play on? Maybe you are some dumpster server.

Millennials, born between 1981 and 1996, grew up on a different planet. Traumatised by 9/11, the financial crisis and shooter drills at school, and observing their country’s relative power in decline, they have been described as pragmatic idealists: hopeful of making the world better, but without the boomers’ messianic streak. They are the first generation to feel fully at home in the digital world, yet also the last to remember doing research projects in physical libraries.
Compared with their parents, they are less attached to political parties, and they are more socially liberal. Interracial marriage, same-sex marriage and legal marijuana give them no pause. And they are more racially diverse: 56% of them are white, according to Pew [Research Centre], as against almost three-quarters of boomers. They are also less religious
Their progressive social views are already forcing change upon corporations and the culture. Millennials expect businesses to be local, green and socially conscientious. They do not necessarily expect to own homes and cars. As they showed to powerful effect in the #MeToo movement, they do not tolerate sexual and workplace practices which their parents took for granted.
And they do not like President Donald Trump: his approval rating is stratified by age, with millennials disapproving of him the most. With their racial diversity and left-leaning views, millennials have the numbers to reset American politics.
From the economist, which wikipedia uses as a source for what I posted earlier
this is like… 100% USA focused lol
this definition completely falls apart in other countries

That is true.
this definition completely falls apart in other countries
Debatable. The general idea is that millennials are the first generation where having access to things like mobile phones, PC’s and the internet during their childhood/teenage years were starting to become the norm.

yeah some specific points are more true in general, most of them you posted however is very USA focused.

for example completely fall apart in many european countries.

Well yeah, I just copy pasted part of what wikipedia uses as their source, which happens to be very USA centric. Regardless though, generations as a whole is a relatively loose concept, obviously someone born in 1995 is going to have more in common with someone born in 1998 than someone born in 1981.
Still though, the millennial generation is defined by what I posted earlier, and the widely accepted defining range for the generation is 1981 to 1996.
haha yeah just stick him on ignore it’s what I have done for months now, the guy is such a sad case, a complete clown.
The game is a mess, the issues I have are all of the issues you mentioned and more. I think Blizzard should have changed some things about the game, Patch 1.12 is bad, world buffs being mandatory and abused bad, premades bad and absolutely disgusting behavior from the community, phase 2 bad, AQ questline and war effort bad.
The stupid thing is it would have taken very little effort on Blizzards part to change these things while at the same time maintaining a vanilla wow experience. Instead they cheap out on us and gave us this garbage experience.
Classic was a necessary first step to get TBC Classic. That alone already makes it a good idea to me.
