I am rallying and gathering everyone who lost their character to the ABYSS!
We didn’t play Vanilla for nothing, we didn’t make those friendships for nothing with those characters, nor with those precious items we got during the raids. I call to aid for every race, Humans, Dwarves, Gnomes, Elves , Orcs , Trolls, Taurens and Undead to fight for our entrapped characters in the Shadowland realm of the damned, our characters cry for aid and help.
I am from the realm called Ashbringer, it has many stories and infamous personas i’ve met along the way, I’ve seen so many good men dissapear before my eyes to so called wife aggro and never come back… So this is why we need “OUR” Characters back!

i dont believe they deleted the data probly they have backups bliz just closed the service i think . if they want they can bring them back -names bc most of the names taken back and i am hapy to change name or pay extra.

btw your character is not lost, it is on Wrath. If you realm is gone it will be on Wrath Mograine.

Finally someone that values the rp elements of the game! The numerous backstories of the fallen heroes are invaluable. Seems like the decision of taking a break from the game was worthy of punishment. And this punishment -combined with the poor Blizzard’s communication- costed us - the original era enjoyers - years of loneliness.

I hope that at some point you will be able to revive the fallen heroes once again and join us.

Now if you can’t bother to level from scratch and create a whole new character and a new character backstory -which is completely reasonable- just buy a mageboost. Era is full of those. Else wait for fresh which also is innevitable to happen as there are tons of heroes lost in the abyss that would return in a new realm for completely new adventures!

i mean you clearly didnt value it enough to spend a couple bucks to keep your character.

very dramatic way of saying “i regret my decision but refuse to accept the consequences”

They could even kept them for free if they had just chosen Era.

I like the OPs RP-talk and his optimism, but unfortunately, Upright here says it how it is. And in such an unfashionable, cynical way that it’s almost charming. :laughing:

I am relevelling ShaoKahn, while doing so I regain some memory when I was there 4 years ago… My original soul had it’s own aura of strengths and powers that I used to conquer Azeroth, i’m talking here for all of my people!

i just canceled my sub. and wrote there why u should cancel your sub and wrote what u want i dont think they read here maybe enough people can. their acc they will do it

Sure if enough people cancel their subscriptions they could consider it.
But there are many who:

  • don’t play Era
  • already cloned their characters
  • didn’t play Era before TBC Classic release

So again will enough people cancel their subscriptions?
