Hey, I just finished the Classic Iron Man Challenge on my hunter and might be the first one to actually have full recording evidence of the run (just scrolled through YouTube so might be wrong about that).

The rules:

  1. Do Not Die! – the most important rule of the challenge.
  2. No gear higher than White quality. No enchantments on your gear.
  3. No Talents allowed.
  4. No Primary Professions allowed. No Secondary Professions allowed EXCEPT FIRST AID.
  5. No ELIXIRS, Potions or Flasks used.
  6. Your Killing Blow / Total Kills percentage must be 75% or higher.
  7. Cannot join a party, raid or group with the intent of getting help to further yourself in the challenge.
  8. This means you CANNOT send yourself gold, bags, gear, whatever to assist in the challenge.
  9. No dungeons, raids, arenas, or battlegrounds allowed.
  10. Joining a guild is OKAY, however, you cannot use Guild Repairs or the guild bank to assist your character in any way.
  11. No food buffs or other external buffs are allowed. Class abilities, racials and personal buffs (eg. Power Word: Fortitude if you’re a Priest) are okay!
  12. All Mounts are allowed.

You did it on a Hunter - probably the easiest class.

Yeah, hunter is by far the easiest. I am trying to finish this challenge on all 9 classes. The other 8 are all around 30 now

Sick! Grats man. I myself settle for the more humane hardcore challenge haha. Self found and crafted gear, no ah, no trading, mail, grouping. Can use talents and professions. Saw a dude is trying the 1hp challenge. If he takes a single point of dmg its over.

It’s spreadsheet simulator though. I’d actually be bothered i’d wasted so much time doing this.

I don’t find it particularly impressive mate sorry to be that guy.

… if you also play Ally-side, we have a Guild. Semi-dead, But I’m there now and then - on this one or Moggii.

That’s true but sadly when I did it we didn’t stack brackets so all of us had to play 24/7 :smiley:

Yeah, I am in that Hardcore guild on Hydraxian Waterlords “ClassicHC”

I don’t think that’s possible, since there is no API for this in Classic
