When can I download SoM client?
You can’t yet.
You probably already have, but it won’t go live until tomorrow 
I had some heavy Classic updates today at least ;
There is no folder for it in the WoW folder yet.

"To prepare for name reservation, select WoW Classic in your Battle.net Launcher, and then ‘World of Warcraft Classic’ in the Game Version & Account list. Season of Mastery realms will appear in-game on a new ‘Seasonal’ tab in the WoW Classic realm selector."

I still think we have downloaded it - just like patches are always downloaded before it goes live - or maybe it happens at different times for differnt places so an to not overload the servers (or whatever it’s called). And then, tomorow at 9 pm (CET) they press a button, and voila, you can play it.

I think that it may be downloaded already but not installed until a few hours before the name reservation starts.

Which server will you choose?
One of the hopefully new ones, preferably RP. Certainly PvE.
Edited to add: But if only two overcrowded PvE srevers go online on 16th, you won’t see me there for at least two weeks.

One would presume it’s the classic client we have currently installed but when choosing a realm, the SOM realms will be up for character creation ?
