Last Manuscript my friend and I need too. We kill Blightpaw, Blightfur and High Shaman daily on multiple characters. He on 2 accounts.
No sight of it, for weeks. I’m sure it drops, but the dropchance has to be insanely low and not the 16% Wowhead claims (for Blightpaw atleast)
This really needs to be looked into.

We don’t. Because it hasn’t been fixed.

This is taking way too much time with Spawntimers of 4 hours for 2/3 Rares,after Months its really tiresome.
People come a couple of days, loot it and be done with it i dont see anyone spending as much time there on my full pop server as me so i assume the amount of people who have this “bug” is very small and therefore theres no need for Blizz to act on it.

I’m also in the same situation, I have been trying with Rotknuckle for two weeks now, since the others are constantly farmed on my server. However it just doesn’t drop for me, as if I am locked out of it.
I don’t know if its bugged. I do know you can order this from Inscription as my character has got it and I fulfill these on both personal and public orders.
PS: Mine dropped from a Draconic Bottle from Fishing.
Edit : that’s for the Windborne Velocidrake and not the Cliffside Drake. My bad.
This is strictly a drop manuscript, so it cannot be made by inscriptors.
I am thinking on contacting support on this issue since the only way to fix it so far is to create another account and having that one trade it to the main account which is ridiculous.

Also having this issue, killing the 3 rares that drop it about 12 times a day (Due to Blightpaws long spawn) across 5 characters for the last month, so I’d estimate around 350 kills, and nothing. I talk to people I see camping Blightpaw or Blightfur and it’s a similar story, it’s their last one and they’ve been farming weeks or months.
Why u even do that, it’s bugged.
It’s only bugged for some peps, if it’s not bugged u will have it in around 5 kills.
I have the manuscript, I’m not sure if it’s bugged or not.
I would recommend this addon for anyone collecting all the appearances.
There’s enough reports to indicate that it is - general consensus seems to be that it’s getting wrongly flagged as already picked up for some people, likely from a different manuscript accidentally overlapping.
For those people, myself included, it’s never going to drop as the game believes your account already has it. People have made brand new battle net accounts, used a character on that to kill the rares, and got it in 3-5 kills(and traded it over…), whilst their original account hasn’t seen it in 100 times as many kills.
Only Manuscript I don’t have from pre-10.1. This is bugged, 100% sure.
On top of that, High Shaman Rotknuckle also had his HP increased by an insane amount, so now half my alts can’t kill it anymore.

Yeah I thought I was going mad with the high shaman, my 417 Evoker alt that usually blasts him took forever today! Not even tried him on my 380s yet.
They should just put it on a vendor and be done with it

Nothing, it is still bugged and I doubt the devs will do anything about it since only a few people collect manuscripts
