for around a month or more collection section: mounts and pets do not update at all. Everything was done to force the update, but that worked only with equipment.

So unfortunately we cannot force updates to the Armory, but if you have stayed logged in on a character for more than ten minutes, and then logged out, it should update with the next cache refresh.

I had logged on character for hours and for 10 + mins too. Logged off with waiting 20 sec and logged of from Bnet too. only equipment has been updated, but not a collection. This lasts for more than a month. Could you please report a bug to fix it or I never see updated collection at all?
Support don’t file bug reports. You file them yourselves through the in-game tool. Click on the red ?, then on HELP, then choose “Submit a bug” from the left hand side menu.
Support don’t fix things, they are not developers. The only way to contact the developers is by filing a bug report.
when I a faced problem, I went to the site support and then followed the link for reporting a bug that sent me on that section of forum, this is not ingame bug, if you would be so pleased to give me link for reporting a bug of not working armory, I’d be very thankful
Several months ago got same issue, they fixed it much faster
reported everywhere and still haven’t fixed, more than 2 month pet’s collection freeze and don’t update at all, they just telling “we cannot help you”, but armory still doesn’t update +30 more pets, quality and levels of them, progression from 2+ months ago
The same problem ! Reported everywhere for about 2 years. It lasts since January 2020.
