Armory Pet Collection does not update for years

Disclaimer: very salty post of a collector player.
Hello.
Since 2020 armory pet collection is stuck. Currently it shows 823 pets on main, 2 on alt and 0 for fresh characters, but I have about 1170 unique pets.

Ingame statistics window show I have 0 battle pets.

Cache and WTF folders deleted, router rebooted. Tried both reporting and sending a ticked yet GM responded that

“Developers have to data on system being broken, please use report a bug tool.”

Despite multiple threads being created over last few years and, most likely, it was reported via bug report system as well.

Hello, I’ve tried to contact support several times since June and sent a lot of bug reports in game( we do not have EU bug report section and US region forum unavailable for eu players). Pets not refreshin on armory

My pet quantity stackes at 851 pets 2-3 years ago. I have about 1200 unique pets now and no refreshing on armory

Armory update

How long does it take for armory to update collections(mounts and pets)? I have 1023 unique pets, but armory shows that I have only 807 of them, so it is quite outdated. The thing is, I want to gift some pets to my friend, but I am not sure if he has them or not. Is there another way to check his collection without asking him?

Please, fix the issue that was ongoing for more than year and a half.
