Dungeons have a 15% raw damage boost, thats why you do more damage in dungs than in Raids.
If I do 30k steady dps in a Raid then in dungeons I do around 34-35k steady dps and when bosses die within my 30s burst window ofcs my numbers are inflated. Say what you want but thats the damage I do on bosses.
I’m 2 Items from BiS so its normal to do that type of damage.
And guild can also make you suffer with cliques and guild politics.
Dude, you say you do 40K dps at level 82 on green quest gear. Who believes that?
I did 20k on a level 82 arms warrior in duns with the damage boost if you read properly.
I do 40-50k with my armory character which you can see is full HC geared.
on a single pack, going full multi with all your CD up is one thing, we are talking overall dps on an entire heroic dungeon run.
Do you say you maintain a 20k dps at level 85 on an entire dungeon run (not heroic dungeon for obvious reason)? I don’t believe it.
Do you even played Cata? Yes tanks are rushing, but so they did in Classic 2019. Remember furyprots? So IDK what are you trying to tell, that we should educate PUG tanks that healers have more mana issues in Cata unlike late WotLK when they were overgeared and could spam most expensive spells without thinking of mana?

guilds and organized discord are far better experience than Pugging
Pug is a nightmare
i havent done raids for 5 weeks now, 1 garbage pug raid i got low parses then nobody wants you in their raids,
but if you had a regular guild / discord spot you can farm and progress raids weekly without pain.

That can happen too, no doubt. Try to find a casual pug that will take anyone on board and try to improve your logs.
Did it ever even occur to you, to think inwards, you were with 100s of random players and they all collectively agrees everytime to kick you. Maybe there is something incredibly wrong with what you are doing and not them. Normals are there for you to practice the dungeons and mechanics if you need to. It isnt randoms job or burden to get you through HEROIC dungeons. If you get a kick here and there some can be unfair, but if you describe it correctly, that these players constantly keep kicking you, then it is undoutedly you, that is the issue and need to improve.
