WoW could have hundreds of shop mounts, it wouldn’t change anything. The design issues WoW is facing are unrelated to the WoW shop, and claiming overwise is blinding yourself to the truth : Greed over MTX didn’t bring WoW to its current state, the strange design decisions Blizzard took did. And so far they are unrelated to shop mounts.
But hey, if you can sleep soundly now that you know that all the people who bought shop mounts are responsible for everything you hate in game then more power to you.

Imagine defending the sale of traditional mounts for playing a game that has been going for more than 15 years which celebrates its anniversary, by giving them more money than what you already pay, for poorly executed expansions just so that the shareholders are happy, while the game declines and the once great company has already lost a lot of its respect.

I agree you OP on some points but you can buy store mounts with game gold. Rustbolt exalted mount more expensive than store mounts can you believe? Just convert your gold to shop balance and you’re done.

Aight. For the sake of the discussion I will continue this idea. So what? How it is exactly YOUR business in how I spend MY money? If I wanted to trow 50 euros out the window. It would be my bloody decision to do it. I don’t need your permission or approval for it. You have your wallet. I have mine. What you do with your money is your business. Same as what I do with my money is my business.

Don’t like store mounts or store in general? FINE. Don’t buy anything. But going all out “I make the rules on how you can spend your money” on everyone is pathetic at best. If I will want to buy something(not a store fan either) I will buy cause I find the available product interesting or worth the cost. Not because I have some random Katazzi’s or Arrowhead’s permission to do it.

This guy is hilarious! Complains about people buying store mounts but then subs to play vanilla and puts money in to blizzard to develop more retail content.
He’s got nothing better to do then be aggressive and troll while waiting all while probably getting his sub account banned from the blizzard network in the process and then paying blizzard another sub to get another account to play vanilla.

That is arguable. After all it is easier to cater to a few hundred players that spend as much as a few thousand. If Blizz knows that they can just focus on the parts of the game that those people want they can relax on other parts with those design decisions that you mentioned.

True. Thought i wish the Warforge Nightmare was cheaper. Its the only Store mount ive been keeping my eye on for years, and couldnt get it for its price. I dont know why it has to be 10 dollars more expensive than the rest of them.
