I feel like 25 for a win in 2v2 is horrible. It used to be 100 per win, and weekly cap would take 10 games to cap. Can we have that system back please? Alt friendly and you can actually catch up. I like the conquest catch up, in that you can get as much conquest as you’ve missed out on, but my goodness does it take a long time of getting pummeled in the old booty. Trying to cap to get the 200 ilvl gear, but playing with lower than that. Sometimes you get lucky and face people of equivalent gear, but sometimes 1 enemy player has around 40k health and just destroys you.
Please let us get 100 conquest from arena wins. It should be 100 conquest for a win and 25 for a loss. Not 25 conquest for a win. RBGs should give 500 conquest for a win and 125 for a loss, since they tend to take longer, the battle and getting a group together. Needs to be more worth while. I want to start working on rating, but have to suffer through trying to get gear first. The gear over skill consensus really sucks for PvP. Whilst I agree that better geared players should have an advantage, I dont agree with how much of an advantage they get, especially when catching up is taking so long. I play 3+ hours a day, when I can, and Ive been grinding BGs and arenas but seem to be making very little progress. Ive upgraded most items to 184 now, but cant upgrade anymore, and Im at just over 25k health, but everyone else is still way higher than me. It looks like I have to wait until next reset for more renown, and so Im stuck getting plowed into the ground in BGs and arenas. I put the work in but get no reward. Speak of reward, I did my first mythic+ yesterday and was rewarded with 35 anima. I had to laugh. Sweet baby Jesus gearing is bad this expansion. Its the item level gap that makes it worse. I missed 2 or 3 weeks at the start and I’ve not been able to catch up since. 3 hours+ a day should be enough to catch up. I find myself always doing something that I have to do, torghast, etc. So when Im not playing BGs or arenas Im doing something else, so its not like Im stood around doing nothing. If anyone has any tips for a returning player it would be much appreciated the comments. Thanks.
Also, side note, regarding renown catch up. I seem to be stuck at 20 renown… so I can’t get to 22 for further honor upgrades. I’ve been doing all my callings but get no renown 
not sure why…

Thats fine, Im all for a PvE vendor. As I say I was only rewarded with 35 anima for doing a mythic+, felt horrible so I know the struggle for PvE too.
I said I am putting effort in. Im grinding 3 hours a day. But struggling to catch up. Any suggestions?
Doing all the daily PvP per week (not just arena) puts you well over weekly cap so you should each week get decent chunk of bonus Conquest which counts toward catchup
You have managed to get 10 games in this season while playing 3 hours a day?
I know catching up takes some time. But honestly you won 4 of those 10 games, so I don’t think the gear difference is such a big issue.
Just keep trying and you’ll eventually get the gear.
Also try to win your daily BGs for extra conquest and honour. You’re still missing some of the honor gear, so you’ll progress with that aswell.
Oh yeah and don’t forget the 2 PvP weeklies. Those give you some nice honor and conquest aswell and are usually not too hard to conplete.

I only started doing arena today, because before today I couldnt get a group. Finally found someone who will play but they have low gear too. So we are winning some, which is great. But the 4 wins took about 45 mins to an hour to get. All for 100 conquest in total. So at that rate I wouldnt have enough per session to buy even 1 piece
I try to get each BG into a session, and usually I do, I manage to buy 1 200ivl piece earned from BGs. Thats after a week. Ive even queued as alliance for faster queues. I just feel so far behind still. It costs me 1000+ honore to upgrade to from rank 4 to rank 5 which is only 184 ilvl. I know honor is quite quick compared to the old days, but its costing me thousands of honor on 1 piece to upgrade to an ilvl which is mythic 0. I should probably have just played mythic 0, but then I cant upgrade mythic 0 gear.
Conq. Cap = 550
Weekly RBG+REBG+AS = 840
Weekly PvP Quests = 175-200
(not even counting Rated Arena spam)
So each week you can easily gain double Conquest Cap… but somehow you have a problem catching up?
Good luck getting me into and RBG with my item level, Ive tried. I can hardly make a group for 2v2 nevermind 10v10. Ive done 1 weekly, but the other is RBG, and as I say, I cant get into a group for it.
Im happy putting the work in, but as I mentioned my renown catch up appears to have stopped, so Im stuck at rank 5.
I’m talking about random BGs tho 
then you are not putting in the effort. you got a max renown catch up of 10 per week. a lot of the catch up comes from callings etc. so it takes roughly two weeks to catch up.
I would love to see some conquest happening with losses in general.
The inability to get anywhere if your faction is losing a lot (in general or just on the day you want to play), tends to drive player transfers.
I try to win 1 of each per day if I can for the extra conquest, otherwise I just get loser rewards xD
Ive done all my callings and everything for my covenant and Im stuck at 20 renown. Trust me, Im doing all I can, I do it inbetween BG queues. I dont know if ive missed something or what but I do my calling every day and it doesnt reward me with anymore renown.
Like I said before doing just the daily/weekly PvP gives your double the cap per week and if you really want catchup you can also grind Rated arenas so its possible to catch up in 2 weeks

Theres a daily PvP quest? Thought it was just 2 weeklys. I have 1 quest for RGBs and Ive done 1 for arena skirmishes. But cant take anymore quests.m sorry if Im misunderstanding.
Because that will keep a player base. -.-
The catch up is good, takes as much time as people that are all caught up, which is fine. But I’d just like to see higher conquest rewarded for 2v2 and 3v3 wins. I miss the 10 wins to cap. Then you can start working on higher rating. But if I have to grind out arena at 25 per win I will. Just saying, imo, 100 per win is better for players. PvE players dont have to spend as long capping and PvP players can get their gear and push rating.
