Considering Some Semi-weekly World Quests Becoming Daily

Ive tried their current world content.
The games been out a week.
I know what i like and dont like.

The only times ive truly had fun was when i had quests to do. Or world quests to do.

Tried it, hated it. So no. It’s not.

Well in that case why are we having a discussion at all? If they have the metrics, and that is why they originally decided ot make WQs bi-weekly in Dragonflight, then surely this is what the people wanted?

It was only after people like you complained that they changed it to daily, but then the majority once again spoke out and they reverted it.

I am glad we have finally resolved this discussion amicably in a way we can both agree on. Thanks Blizzard for listening to the majority. I am glad you are holding up your promise of listening to feedback better. I do not think I’ve ever seen Blizzard revert a change like this.

Nope, it gives alot of us hope that this might be the best one yet.
My thougt is this, why dont you perhaps play an alt on the side? that way you can have as much world quests as you want and you might even discover something else you like?

Now the rest of us dont have to log in every day

youd be surprised how a low level casuals brain works

Alts? or some group content?

This isnt aimed at you, but i always thought that the solo stuff was (mostly) because people lacked people to play with or a guild etc. The start of an expansion is a great time to get involved and try new things imo.

Reverting this change sounds SO GOOD!

No, don’t reverse this… They made this announcement probably BECAUSE OF METRICS, but the vocal elitists start wailing their song of sorrow and Blizzard AGAIN listens to them. Like always. Because Ion loves elitists, because he IS one.

He lies again and again.

the majority ON THE FORUMS AND SOCIAL MEDIA.
That’s not ‘the majority’. That’s just the fanatic loud mouth entitled crybabies.

I’m so tired of being treated like garbage by Blizzard. So very very tired.

feel free to do the zeris mortis dailys and weekly island expidtion

Stop trolling and hiding behind your classic character.

So what is it. Did they make the bi-weekly change because of metrics in the first place (during DF development); or because of metrics during DF they decided to make it daily.

Or do they only use metrics when it’s in your favor? Cause that is not how it works.

I’m sorry, what?

Prove to me there’s a majority of people who want daily WQs, prove it to me empirically please. Cause all we can see is that outcry against this change was massive, but the people in favor of daily WQs can be counted on one hand across all social media.

I think we should take Moritz and Tah to do some other fun stuff in the game. I am only half joking aswell. Clearly passionate about it and im not someone who takes pleaseure in people being unhappy, especially in a game I have loved for 15 years.

I hope people can at least try to try and enjoy dragonflight now and do other things

I think this is it (of course I can’t be sure).
I’m sure some posts here and there will have added to that too.

It’s true.

You know very well that I can’t.

I already explained why that is.
The fanatics are online screaming.
The casuals are playing or logging off.

I can’t prove any of that, of course.

I’m going to drop it now and go to bed because I’m tired and angry as hell and I’m afraid I’m going to say horrible things and none of it is personal, but I’m SO frustrated with Blizzard right now.

The issue is the daily rep it seems. So they could cater to both crowds and just make the daily ones give lesser rewards with no rep. The bi-weekly ones give rep.

I think it’s the opposite. That’s why they made the change to make them bi-weekly during DF development.

It’s just objectively not…

So the only thing we can base it off then, is what people are saying on YouTube, Twitch, wowhead, Twitter, the forums, etc. And there it seems by far most people dislike doing world quests.

Please prove this.

Ahh, drat. I was afraid you would say that.

That’s a good idea. Can I suggest next time not pre-ordering and buying a game that has bi-weekly World Quests advertised as a feature well before the expansion launched? You could’ve refunded when Ion announced it before the expansion launched, too. I am shocked you even bought it at all if daily WQs are such a big deal to you.

Perhaps you should’ve had more self control, as you like to say!

The thing is there is no need for anyone to get angry with each other. This is just a personal choice thing. There is no right answer to this thing. I’m personally glad they reverted it.

And you are rlly being ridiculous, there is enough content atm but you dont want ro do that content, proffessions, races, rares, wrathion- sabellian rep, cobalt rep, i can go on if i want to so dont be such a luxury baby tbh.

Show me were that was said.

And nobody asked for WQ’s to be removed you are lying through your back teeth, a lot however asked for power grinds to be removed which are totally different.
