Because it’s not hurting anyone realistically.

Dunno. as i stated above i played some hours and i have a lot of things to do.
But just think about it, With DF they introduced many activities imho: If you and many other people have already finished’em there will be no wq able to fill the time.
Blizz in this case cannot win.

Lots of entahtlement and tahntrums in this thread.
Someone should make an addon that plays the ‘world quest complete’ music everytime you kill 5 critters or collect 8 toad todgers. It would probably fool a few people into thinking the world is chock full of world quests.

I csnt help but feel like i actually am enjoying WQs on this format, before they felt like some sorta compulsive headache,
Its nice to see completionist, and having time for other things the. A continous slog.
I get people whos sole end game are these things, but this is because the games designed for you to partake in everything not tunnel a singular activity.
I can see both sides of the coin, but i cant say i was looking forward to daily WQs happening.

Yes,‘some hours’.
Like I said; a casual player won’t notice.
I am not a casual player. I never claimed to be.
I just happen to like more casual type content.
If there were daily WQs, that would be ‘something’ to do every day. That’s better than nothing. Much better.
Blizzard wins as long as people play their game.
They’re making that, not impossible, but much harder for someone like me.
And they HAVE BEEN making it harder for someone like me for the last years… I was hoping DF would bring change. Because they’ve been claiming that they were going to make sure that players like me, world content players or predominantly solo players, were no longer going to be ignored.
But they are. They are doing it AGAIN. Like they have been for years. And they keep saying they won’t ignore us. They’re lying over and over again and I’m sick and tired of it.
Back then it was needed for alot of things such as pathfinder flying…
There’s a BIG difference in dragon isles why it wont feel or should not feel like a headache to have them daily because its less importnant
As i say this maybe due to the fact i do everything.
Im intending to raid, do m+, get into pvp, while progressing my renown each day + doing things like wraithon rep and weekly WQs and event resets.
So for me, im seeing 4+ hours a day easily filled with activity
Renowns pretty important, i cant rly see myself being ok just throwing rep against the wall realistically.
Its a large feature realistically, if they last minute drop a player power onto these renowns people who just decided their less important will be screwed with a lengthy last minute grind.

I don’t want to play my alts.
But with a stupid change like this, that’s basically all I got to do.
Between this, nerfing the black dragon rep grind, yet not nerfing the cobalt assembly grind again(need to do something about that lag man), they seem to only want us to level alts.
Yes, a player like yourself won’t have an issue.
But not everyone enjoys this game the same way.
Also, how the heck are we supposed to get 4k rep in a week with twice weekly wqs that give crap rep? sit all day online to do hunts and the feast?
Im almost 5/6 on wraithon dragon rep seems fine to me,
And the cloak and neck are nice.

Then you obviously enjoy grinding elites in a group.
I do not. So I’ve only done the weekly and a few of those other quests, but nothing beyond that.
And that’s fine. But what about solo content on a daily basis?
There’s almost nothing of that. A few fish related dailies. That’s it.
I mentioned those.
And they give absolute trash rep.
More than WQs and they are on a ~2-3h respawn time.
Tbh.
In prior expansions, ive not bothered, in SL never got flying in ZM, didnt bother unlocking flight in WoD. Didnt rly bother in legion.
Ive hated grinding mobs in such fashion majorly and ive hated world questing with a passion.
And dispised proffessions
This is the first expansion where these 3 activities have appealed to me at all tbh.
Maybe im just more into it this time round, been rly enjoying the evoker, and the farm parties have atleast made me some friends and have had some good banter along the way.
Seems more like a social event.
So you’re advocating more sitting on my rear with my thumbs up where the sun don’t shine while waiting on those to spawn?
