Yeah. And literally done with that within a week after release.
Saturday the WQs reset and it didn’t even take me an hour to do those.

A change was needed. So I’m glad to see Blizzard understand this.

I can gaurantee you arent done with it,
And if you think that world quests are going to fix the game for you then you are crazy.
Its a bad change and alot of movement to revert it. I hope Blizz see sense.

Please adress the system freezes and gpu driver crashes with this game im growing depressed , your game is broken and in a deadlock state when you do proces analyze via task manager having a conflict with 2 threads this issue exist for so far if seen on anyone’s PC

World content wise? Well, I have no more WQs, with the exception of 2 pet battle quests that I don’t care about. I have 1 dungeon quest left and that’s it; empty journal.
I’ve done the ‘sojourner’ achievements for all the zones, so I know I didn’t miss any side quests.

And yes; of course there is stuff I COULD do; go mining all day long until my eyes bleed, keep hunting for expedition packs and treasures, fish, but realistically that gets boring.
Those WQs will provide a nice bit of variation. It’s very welcome for players such as myself.

It doesn’t need fixing, it needs improving; and this change is definitely an improvement for me and my playstyle.

Of course it’s not the only thing that has to be done to make DF a success; that’d be silly to claim.

For you maybe. Not for me.
Why do you think it’s bad?

They already did; by making this change. THAT is the sense.

Its just a bad take man. You seem to be in the minority of people who play this way. Here is a novel idea. When you are done with the WQ that you love so much, how about trying something else? Like a differnt game or hobby? Why force a bad change to satisfy your need to play 12hr + a day?

And if things outside of wow are scary, maybe try some healing ,or tanking or raiding or pvpv or LITERALLY anything else of the loads of content the game already offers.

Those who raid or do M+ high keys the minority lol… Why do you think boosts are so popular if everyone is raiding :stuck_out_tongue:

You keep going on about this thinking this is some kind of raiders vs WQers debate, but it’s not. Raiders do not care about this change because it has no effect on raids, there is no power that matters behind renown.

This debate is purely about people who dislike daily WQs vs people who like them.

It can also be reversed and
Bad for you =/= bad for the game.

Just something to think about^^^

In your opinion, but you still haven’t explained why you think that.

I already have. I like world content the most in this game. I’ve been playing this game for maaaany years.

This expansion JUST came out… I’m supposed to NOT play it?!
That seems weird.

I have plenty of hobbies.
I also have a lot of time. And I like WoW. WoW is a hobby too.

That’s not it AT ALL. I don’t need to play that long every day. But I do want to play every day, because that is what I enjoy; I like logging in and having something to do that I think is fun and worthwhile. I don’t want to spend hours and hours on that every day; that’s not at ALL what I was asking for (or getting, because let’s be honest… those daily WQs aren’t going to take more than an hour tops).

They’re not, but like I said… This is a new expansion… I want to play it.

Ew no.

No thanks. I like what I like and telling me to go do stuff I don’t like (because I’ve tried it all) doesn’t work.

Now, how about you finally explain why YOU don’t like this change?

So why where you QQing above? No time to do your M+ and meaningless dailies right? If that wasn’t you then I apologise

You just need to understand the crux of the argument.

Imagine the time you play WoW as a big pie, and you can take slices of that. Your time is finite and can only be spend across so many activities.

I would like to minimize the time I spend doing WQs while optimizing the reputation I can get cause I want the rewards. If I can max out the rewards with less time invested, that’s a win for me. The smaller the WQ slice is while I do not lose out on rewards, the better.

you just said they were meaningless… so why do you need to do them more if your M+ person?

Because I like cosmetics and reputations give a lot of those. We’re looping; you are so fixated on this idea that I am a M+ only player.

M+ is the primary thing I enjoy in WoW, sure, but I enjoy a lot of WoW’s content; including collecting things.

And you are the most important player in WoW, obviously, so you should be catered to.
Right?

You’re being angry because you lack self control. Just keep playing the way you played. Do those WQs twice a week. So you’ll get those cosmetic rewards a little later… Oh the horror. How dare Blizzard.

Its not about self control. Its kinda funny you cant see that

It is. He admitted it. He wants those rewards and he wants them as fast as he can.
That’s literally self control.

He can LITERALLY just invest the same amount of time on WQs as before. That is a legit option.

Nope, but I can sure voice my opinion which is what I am doing right now; just like you are free to voice YOUR opinion on why you like daily WQs, have I ever said anything to the contrary? You have earned my ire only by being obtuse and ignoring my arguments and giving non-arguments in return like “just don’t do them.”

I respect your opinion enough to not give you responses like: “Just play a mobile game with daily content instead” or “go level an alt then”, I respect you want daily WQs, I do not, and on top of that I think it’s horrible for the game.

I am not engaging this non-argument again. I have plenty of self control, for example: I barely played Shadowlands cause I didn’t enjoy it.

I will do daily WQs because I want the rewards, but I would prefer if the game would limit the speed further at which I can progress renown.

You know what would in fact be a good compromise that could make both of us happy? A weekly cap on the renown you can earn.

And this is why I call you a stupid idiot, because you are not engaging with my arguments in a genuine way. You are twisting my words to mean something different. I do want those rewards and I do want them as fast as I can, but that’s not a self control issue; that’s just me prioritizing collecting stuff pretty high. I am not compelled to do them, I do them because I want to do them.

However, I would rather do them less if it meant I could still progress at the fastest pace the game allows.

Wait you want more gated gameplay? “but I would prefer if the game would limit the speed further at which I can progress renown.”

Yes, I know this is a hard idea to fathom but some people like the idea of being “done” with something so they can focus their time on other activities in the game.
