recently returned to era,
no exaggeration i disconnect every hour, at first i didnt really bother me but now its happening while in caves, underwater, while im fighting mobs,
and every time it takes a good few minutes to get back in and by that time im dead, everytime.
this has never happened before, played 2019 classic, tbc and a bit of wrath, i dont understand how all of a sudden a 20 year old game cant handle itself,
is this happening to anyone else?
No problems here, are you on wifi or even mobile (sigh) network?
Are you using addons?
nothing in terms of network has changed, the only different factor is that i am playing era,
no issue on wrath, never had issues in tbc or classic,
it may be an addon but again addons have never disconnected me from the game before,
its just weird how frequent its happening out of no where.
They have disconnected me a few times.
btw how do you connect to the internet on the computer you use? Wireless? a network cable? Mobile data card? Tethered? Is it a laptop on battery? Is your wireless/network device set to save power? Does your router show disconnections?
Since Classic does not use the retail client it may be a bit more temperamental.
If it is every hour on the dot then someone local to you is causing it.
