Been playing retail wow since patch and ever since patch day i’ve been getting random 10 sec freeze lags in combination with disconnects. I would say it happends about 3 times an hour either one of these two. My computer is excellent and its not related to that. I’ve updated all my addons i don’t know what else to do. Also i lost my horrific vision due to disconnect so its great fix your game thanks

If you’ve done all those steps and are still struggling you may want to post in the Technical Forum.
I have had the odd disconnect when changing character but nothing as detrimental as losing Horrific Vision :(. That sucks.

You’re not the only one.
Out of date addons can be responsible, so that’s a thing to check, but …
I’ve had them too.

Freeze can be caused as well by outdated addons if you have many of them, happened to me, had to wait for most of them to get updated to 8.3 have so many disabled atm

Getting random 10 sec freeze twice a day, game resizes a little bit, from windowed full screen to windowed almost full screen.
First time I started the game it said my graphics drivers are out of date. I didn’t pay much attention to it, the notification was gone the second time I started, but these freezes are making me think it’s connected.
Updated add-ons on the first day, idk…maybe I should do that again just to be sure.
