Important message for Iranian players with this issue:
Hi, I’ve got some good news for you.
If you search Taklol on google and install it they recently added support for Shadow lands wow, this means no longer loading screen issue.

yes i have the same problem . exaqtly like you . using a vpn will let you pass the portal and go to shadow land .

i have the same problem.
gm respond to my ticket was that this is your connection problem not servers!!!
pls if u have transfer aborted problem or world server down errors ticket the problem so maybe they do somthing.
i had this problem in bfa and i have the problem now!
i cant go to shadowlands

after new patch i cant even come online with any of my charecters in any realm or any where in game:))

well atleast we can be sure this problem will get fix in next 3 4 mounth … worst thing is they forced players to not even come in froums and do not report bugs … issues and stuff like this … for the example i did try ALOT but its almost impossible to make a ticket in game … now i have send my tracerts and it will explain whats the problem … worst part of this issue is … kinda we are all in qarantinie right now and i was simply hope for shadow land to make my life a little easier … but i cant even log into the game . i mean i cant pass any loading screen ! anyway . i can understand if a company have like 30 40 milion players online at the same time … they dont want to spend time for fixing 1% players issue ! so simply they dont even read this post :slight_smile: maybe its time to give it a breat after 16 years playing wow for me !

Hello there!

I’d like to thank everyone for reporting these issues to us. We would like to collect some additional data in order to further investigate the problem so lets go ahead and grab a winMTR, that would be super helpful. Here are the instructions:

  1. Download the tool from this page

  2. Enter the game IP into the “host” field. The IP address for our games are listed on the winMTR instructions page

  3. Start the test and play the affected game for at least 15 minutes. Ensure the problem happens while the winMTR tool is running.

  4. After recording the problem data, click “export text” and save the winMTR file in an easy to find location.

  5. Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the winMTR. It’ll look like this:

If I may quickly provide a summary of my problems since launch 4 days ago:

  • The very first quest in Orgrimmar that has Darion Mograine open up a portal for us into Icecrown. All my characters could not enter and would return to Orgrimmar with “Transfer Aborted, Instance not found”. 2nd day some problem. 3rd day I get 2 of my characters into Icecrown to speak with Bolvar, as Bolvar teleports us away with Tyrande jumping in and all that, again I get hit error of Transfer Aborted Instance Not Found, then black screen for both chars. Now I cant even log into my two characters anymore, keep getting World Sever Down, and It’s not high population realm. I can however log into my Kazzak 36 druid, no problem.
    “World Server Down” and “Transfer Aborted Instance Not Found” have been my nightmare since launch. I hope you guys figure this out because I assure you It’s not player’s connection issues. Thankyou and goodluck.

The same issue happened in 8.3 blizzard ignored it for 3 months then decide that they should fix it before they lose more subscribers

I thin I have sent them 4 to 5 mtr, and each response they have sent me were useless, the same delete addons, delete this and that program, disable firewall, it’s your modem, it’s your isp.

and while i did all of those I keep telling them the only thing that has happened between me playing without a problem and this mess is the last update before the launch.

sadly game support is useless zero knowledge about tech stuff i submitted ticket once and i got useless answer like change your isp can we at least get expert in here ?

Yes we players by using the tools asked and providing information we can fix this problem, as we did 3 months ago in old thread, so please help yourself and us by providing information

Hi, i have the Load screen issue too. it is very odd tho, i cant Login into shadow-lands without VPN while i can Login to my other chars in other places.
sometimes the Loading bar stops in middle or fully loads and after few Mins i return to Character choosing screen with the message “world server is Down”.
