We can use VPN to solve the problem , but you want to keep the ms at minimum so you can play without lag.
So for that you need to do this:
2.1- First Copy Blizzard WOW EU IP address:
185.60.112.157
185.60.112.158
185.60.114.159
2.2- Now Open CMD from start menu and use the following command:
Ping -t XX (replace XX with the IP)
Example: Ping -t 185.60.112.157
2.3- Now open your VPN software and start connecting to different servers till you find the best server that has the least MS change.
For me it was Belgium better than Germany.
What has been found for many is that the issue seems to stem from a routing problem initially and is compounded later on. By then going to a different shard, the routing can alter and net a better performance. This would also hint at why a VPN works for some because that naturally changes the routing yet you still hit the same Blizzard servers at the end of it.
