Continuous Issue of being stuck on Loading Screens

this is just headache, i mean WHAT IS GOING ON IN THAT CORPORATION THAT ARE STRUGGLING TO FIX SUCH ANNOYING BUG???
I’m not paying 13€/MO TO JUST STUCK AT LOADING SCREEN FOR ANY THING THAT I WANT TO DO IN THIS GAME??? IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR PLAYERS AND CUSTOMERS??? IF THIS NOT GET FIXED BY THIS RESET I’LL JUST DELETE THIS S$$T.

I have exat problem. 0% loading screen randomly ( teleport,arena,bg, even suramar quest) this is 100% blizzard side problem

dear , this solution work for me . go to the https://us.battle.net/support/en/games/wow/197 then select the IN GAME ISSUE , then select the character issue from the left. after that from the topic choose the character stuck -disconnected when login in , after that ask that blizzard move your character to somewhere else.

me and like 10 of my real life friend we having the 100% Same issue you are talking about . and it start happening right after they fixed the crosrealm mythic raids . its really getting stupid now after 18 days they down even care , i made a ticket in game and it says i need to wait for 9 days :)) to somone come online and tell me its somthing about my graphic card …internet or anything might be wrong except of a router that belong to bilizard !
for letting everyone know when we use a VPN or gate way that changed our ip we can log in and continue your game !! so its not about the graphic cards for god sake ! this is sooooo stupid if billizard dont know this problem is anoying hundred of theyr coustomers !
im begning to quit this game becuz of this problem for real ! i really really hope one of the game masters who knows what the hell is going on for here come and answer or tell us how long it will take for them to fix this problem instead of taking away theyr responsibility ! Answeer us plz . we pay this game and its not fair having such stupid nonsens problem for more than 2 weeks now !

I am not going to resub to the game after this, I need to pay almost 7 Euro/month for a VPN service to be able to play.

so funny that I lost more than 20game of arena that I couldnt even play cuz of this bug its more than 2weeks that this exist in game yet no one care.
I swear not even in garbage private servers you could see somthing like this which only means nowadays blizzard is the worst company tnx to activision.

I realise this issue is highly frustrating for those affected and I wanted to highlight that it is something we are aware of. However it is also vitally important to understand that the issue is affecting different people in different ways and in some cases, not at all.

Your system files by the way look ok but I would recommend turning off the MSI Gaming App and disabling MSI Nahimic as they have caused performance issues in the past. Additionally, turn off any overlays that Nvidia and Overwolf are running in the background along with the multiple VPN’s you seemed to have running.

If that doesnt help performance, get back to us with a connection test

Having this issue for like 3 week now only happens when i want to enter instances,specially when i’m joining other people(transfer aborted instances not found) i know u guys everytime trying to check the basic stuff with people but i did everything(i mean EVERYTHING) sadly nothing helped me.never had any connection issue for the past 2 years.

the above results are from entering siege of boralus dungeon and getting stuck in loading screen and getting “Transfer Aborted: Instance not found” error.

According to my tests, the first [1] EU-IP (185.60.112.157) is working fine without any problem, https://pastebin.com/U1HK546U.
and the EU-IP [2], this IP (185.60.112.158) is showing interesting results:

following IPs “137.221.80.33” and “137.221.65.29” are showing high ping (3k-4k) and also falling behind on sent and receive compared to total numbers of sent/receive.
and the last EU - IP [3] (185.60.114.159) is having 1 bad node at “137.221.65.26” which is shown in here:

So now i am pretty sure it’s a problem with connections, not system. I can only make it work when turning VPN on, and as people mentioned above it seems to occur only when loading BFA zones.

I got stuck while testing all 3 IP’s. During first and second test when i just started the game, i couldn’t enter world and were brought back to character selection windows with this error: “world server down”. Then turned VPN on and problem was solved.

In the 3rd test i started teleporting to older zones first with no problem then got stuck in dazar’alor loading screen and this error showed up in chat: Transfer Aborted: instance not found.

Indeed the connetion tests are painting a bit of a picture, thanks so much for providing those! One call out I would like to make is that your second and third test seem to show catastrophic packet loss right from the start. That could just be an error with the test considering how consistent it is across all hops (something I have personally never seen!) but interesting none the less.

Regardless though, the first one does show a connection to that server mentioned previously in the thread so you could be impacted by that alone indeed.

Still no ETA or workaround as of yet but fingers crossed we have something soon.

I use a vpn for call of duty warzone to reduce my packet loss used that on wow my problem was fixed.
But i don’t wanna pay extra each month for a vpn so it would be nice if blizzard manages to fix it asap

Thank you dear Jingoraitin, I deeply appreciate the time you are investing on this matter. did you see my results as well? I highlighted some interesting points on my last 3 links provided in my last reply. one of them point a problem to a certain IP owned by blizzard in California.

Hi, i have same issue and can not do dungeons/raids, sometimes restart the game more than 10 times and still can’t log in.

i record the issue with WinMTR as you said, it happened 5-10 sec after i pressed the start button.
still keep it on recording for 5 min.

im sorry but did you just said a FEW ppl having this issue ? for real ? if you go in any realm and ask in trade chanel you will knotice that how many ppl are suffering from this bug and its been nearly 3 weeks now ! personaly i know 10 of my real life friend already give up playing wow becuz of this problem … and its funy you said few ppl i might be not really good with internet and computer stuff to do those hard mode tests you aksed about sir … but im completly sure when somthing is geting fix by using a vpn wich is changing your ip it has nothing to do with my pc or my internet conection !
you can count on me as the 11rth person who will quit game becuz of this problem anyway … i hope one day billizard fix this instead of giving everyone wrong excuses …

hey i haven’t been able to play for 4 days i cant login screen with my druid
when i start the game or use portal loading screen frezz @ 0% or 100% all my friends have this problem
i think that happens when we are invited from other realm or My realm is changing because they remove me the problem is solved

Hello guys,
first of all i’m even opening this forum via VPN lol
about weeks ago I submitted a ticket with ALL reports needed from my trace route to my system info. submitting that ticket took about 1 hour of my time. After that I waited about a week which is acceptable because of Corona time. An experienced official staff of Blizzard after copy pasting those apology sentences (we are sorry…) told me it’s related to UI! go reset your UI! He didn’t read my ticket which I told him the error “World Server Down”. He didn’t see my reports. nothing! I had to write another ticket to convince him it’s a network problem which me & many many many my friends expriencing, like Helgom said.
The answer after many days of wait was “oh! you are right, it’s a network problem. please re apply your reports”. I just closed the ticket.
I’m really mad at this new Blizzard. Advertising new expansions with really high prices & not supporting their current hardcore users is not nice! Using copy pasted apology sentences won’t fool us, Dear Blizzard & dear support team. We need really support. After making your support system super complicated, which takes you 1 hour to realize where you can post your issue, you are even making your conversations super hard! Many of your new staffs doesn’t understand us. We never paid for game as much as we paid Blizzard, we never got less support than this! Before advertising your new patches & expansions please make sure your current users are happy! We felt valuable with old Blizzard, but with new Blizzard, we can’t even load your game, and you never accept this as your problem. Soon we will forget that old Blizzard, and Blizzard itself!
