Loaded in finally , handed in some quests , took portal to silithis, no loading bar movement, then World server down kicked.
I had severe lags during dungeon and this problem was happened when i tried to leave party. Teleport was not working and it took me back to dungeon (error in loading screen). I tried to relog, but logging in was been stopped in loading screen and took me back to characters list. I had similliar problem
one time earlier (maybe 1 month ago) but it was been repaired by itself.
Dear blizzard please throw away all the amazon servers you bought and get a refund from them.
Now Boralus doesn’t load without VPN! This is a huge masterpiece from new Blizzard! Your support asking me for PC reports & asking me to reset UI!
Is this an end to WoW? How many more users you need to announce this public? Is this enough to stop telling useless solutions in personal tickets? Are you going to payback our expansion & game time fee? Do you need this issue to go public again by ourselves on a forum our of Blizzard forums? Do you guys like more negative reviews from your old users?
I have still loading problem common how need you time for solve this ?
What exactly do we pay for? Watch the loading screen ?

This thread is for an ongoing issue where players occasionally get stuck in loading screens but can still play their characters. If you are having trouble logging into the game at all, please do create a new thread.
If you are affected by the description in the original post, please provide a WinMTR so that I can send that on to be investigated.
some of us already have done that ! more than a week ago !
it wasn’t our job to do it but we did ! still no update except a blue writer with a pre-made macro !
we don’t need it really ! we need a real specialist who can help us

hi there, a few explanation about how this issue happens to me.
its not like you cant play at all, every time it happens to me i cant reach few areas/or enter some dungeons, today Motherlode and Temple of Sethraliss wasnt loading for me and after 1-2minutes of being stuck on the loading screen i would get this msg " Transfer Aborted: Instance not found ", sometimes changing the leader of the group when they are from another realm fixes the issue but not all the time, maybe 20-30% of the time… while i couldnt enter these dungeons i did the MTR test but im not sure if it will help or not or i did it right or not… here are the results:

During the test for 2nd and 3rd IP atleast half of the servers wasnt responding for 4-5 minutes. i ran each test for roughly 8-10minutes.
Edit2: just invited my friend in group and left the group, i ended up in new layer bcuz of sharding or w/e u guys call it and it got fixed, no loading problem atm for Motherlode Dungeon.
you keep asking for these logs, how many of these logs you need to prioritize the matter ? 4.8K logs ?
Dear Blizzard you are not able to fix the lag in Nazjatar after one year ! I still wonder how long will it take for you guys to fix this issue ! 6 years ? 10 years ? please give us a time line ! I know you are not good at setting deadlines and delivering properly and professionally but please at least try do it !!! Just try dammit…
take that extra mile that you have been already paid for long time ago…

I forgot to mention that i lost some PVP rated Arena only because of your !@#!@$ bug… will you compensate for those ?

I have this issue too, one of my character had this, others were fine, when I try to login with that one, it stuck in loading and after a long time it said that world server is down, then all of my other characters have this error too. I had to go delete cash and wtf folder, and others will be fine for 1 time , when I log out, again i have this error with all of them !!

I want to thank everyone for their solutions and comments for helping everyone to fix this problem, but most of solutions posted in this thread are temporary… the main issues is still there and causing dissatisfaction for players playing the game during these chaotic times…
As many many people in this thread wrote, the issue started when cross-realm mythic servers opened, for me personally it happened right after new phase in classic and opening of alpha of Shadowland.
A simple trace back to what the company (tech team) did during and after the said events might help the right people to fix the problem.
Also by looking at the WinMTR’s posted by couple of people you can clearly see there are huge lag spikes on few last nodes (blizzard servers), till the point they fall so much behind from other nodes and you get disconnected eventually.
I sincerely don’t think its a puzzle to anyone with least amount of knowledge in blizzard’s company on why this problem exists, but a huge lack of respect for their customer’s time and money, which in fact is very shameful of what the company has become over the several years…

They didn’t fix this issue for so long that the community has now adapted and uses VPN that fixes this god damn issue…
it’s beyond reality how bad this company is.
