Core Void Elf Customization Thread

To me that basically just says that youre free to RP your character however you want.
Which i have no objections to. Play your character however you want.

I’m glad

I also noticed from the interview that it’s a very complicated issue .

That’s what happens when you give Bronzebeard dwarves Wildhammer tattoos and hairstyles, or combine the troll tribes into one.

It’s simply complicated, but opens up great RP

Ok…:sob:

We will probably soon be able to RP a High Elf Paladin as soon as this class becomes available to Void Elves.

I imagine it would be too complex for Blizzard to make a “Void Knight” class skin.

I will be honest… i never saw the appeal for High elf paladins, especially since in lore it was never a major class for them.

One High elf in Allerian stronghold mentioned everyone around her (meaning the High elves) wants to be a Farstider (Hunter) or Magister (Mage) but she ended up being a tailor and loved it.

But to each their own. Everyone is free to play whatever they like.

Going Back to void elves, i just really want to see Nzoth eyes, purple/black/ blue tattoos, and new cool hairstyles, especially for the men.

if they can fix the tentacle issue too, and have braids or hair fill in the missing part of the hairstyles, that would be great.

Rude.

If I can suggest adding some skin tone options to this list?

I haven’t read to see if thats already been brought up or not but it’s one I definitely want to see.

Also hair colors.

And adding the tentacle toggle to the hairstyles that don’t have them… (Also including the toggle as a planned feature of every new hairstyle.)

And heres some more eye options.

Tentacle options

By Ramavatarama

Some general voidy thingies.

By Silverleaf

And just tossing up some EE options/skin tone potentials?

By Ramavatarama

By Somand

I think several of these may have already been brought up but I wanted to toss em up since I have a lot of pictures sitting round.

Oopsie…

Be really neat to have some optional heritage armor and colors… Maybe our heritage weapons too.

I know its not customization but this seems a good place to put it.

On that same note a few more mount options would be neat and also more starcursed hunter pets.

The void Dragonhawk looks amazing!

I would love one as a pet please

One of the things I mind about the heritage set is how the chest piece has a collar that clips through the longer hair options, like the one my character has now. If it was something that could be removed too, I for sure would use it a lot more.

More anoying, the dark Naaru “wings” for some reason tied to the chest and not the shoulder or back :unamused:

I would kill for a heritage staff

The sad problem is, while the Shal’dorei had NPCs with cool and unique weapon/shield models (don’t forget to buy them from the next legion TW!) the Void Elves never had such things just old more or les void themed things or not at all, wich is kind of sad
The whole idea had potential, but crashed and burned and kudos to the Void Elf players who try to make the best out of the rubles

I really wish it were part of customization and not a part of the armor set.

I think that would give players the most effective use of it.

Me too. I prefer Fenelon to use staves and a nice void elf heritage staff would be glorious!

The weapons I showed up above (the first weapon picture) are in the files right now. So technically we do, just we can’t get them.

Like the almost-naked “heritage” of the Kaldorei we seen in BfA on the suicide squad
Lots of things in the code I hope one day we will be able to acces to

Trade shop seems like to maybe give way to that. Here’s hoping.

Seems most heritage armors have problems like that.

Looking at the female bearded nightborne which is tied to chest instead of head.

It is not a metallic beard, it is chin decoration - or at least suposed to be one
Or like the false beard of the pharaos of Egypt; it was not man exclusive, even female pharaohs like Hatshepsut wore it; it was a status symbol
Okay, I know it is a weak argument, even I know it is a messed up thing and Blizzard simply made a mistake, but my brain tries to rationalize
