Corruption Vendor

So are aren’t all corruptions available at all times??

No, there are a set number which change twice a week.

Which is a flat out awful system. It’s so bad I’m not even sure its defensible.

Corruption has been a fiasco from start to finish.

And we still don’t know if rotation is patterned or random.

Yea, its going to be fun with a capital F when we get a new piece of gear and can’t use it for weeks because the vendor didn’t bless us with the dice roll.

That’s why I don’t really care for the vendor.

If I get a corrupted item, that’s fine, I may use it or not.

If I have enough echoes to cleanse and recorrupt, that’s fine, I may go for it.

WoW is no longer at that stage where you can plan your progress. It’s all so so so random.

Patchnotes must be such a difficult thing to read…

I think the OP meant why aren’t all the corruptions available at all times. He just typoed.

And in response: I don’t know either. It’s a stupid system.

First vendor options that are now gone

The current options up atm

Must be so hard keeping the arrogance in control sometimes…

see above. it’s all there. clearly explained in extranious detail and blue posts. Yet every time anything gets patched in instead of just looking at all the info out there, most of it provided by Blizz themselves, and scrolling for 10 seconds to the info you want, some lazy gits take to the forums.

If this was a question about some fringe case or something that wasn’t cleary explained, fair enough. But this is just plain lazynes

The guy was questioning why aren’t all corruptions available at all times. So your snarky comment was unwarranted

This system is so bad I am having doubts about how Shadowlands is going to turn out to be.

no he wasn’t. Otherwise he’d have used the words “why” or “how come”. To me the OP read as a surprised statement

He typoed. I do it all the time, you go to write something, delete it, then rewrite it without reading.

Yes and then i correct it when i see the mistake. Sorry but I tend to answer things as they are written, not as they could maybe be meant. It may be a typo, it may not be. He wrote a total of 9 words, which take a fraction of a second to proofread so I’m going to assume that he wrote it as intended.

Lemme rewrite the original post for ya

“So why aren’t all corruptions available at all times??”

I’m not the OP.

You’re interpreting there. If the “are” is supposed to be a “why” then sure. If that’s the question, fine. there’s several long forum threads that are talking about exactly that, there’s no need for yet another one. So I’m circling back to: just scroll for a few seconds and you’ll get your answers.

but take out the first “are” and it becomes “So aren’t all corruptions available at all times??”, making it a surprised statement. I don’t see what makes your interpretation less valid than mine or the other way around

“Are aren’t” doesn’t make any sense. My brain naturally corrects sentences to make sense. I too would be surprised if blizzard announced corruption vendor then decides to RNG it.

If my interpretation is incorrect, the Original poster will let me know. So far we have no reply from them.
